    dusra set weight badhake 6-8 reps

    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 10-12 reps

    4 tricep pushdown with v grip

    pehla set warmup set 15 reps

    dusra set weight badhake 6-8 reps

    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 12-15 reps

    3 set kneeling barbell curls

    pehla set warmup set 10-12 reps

    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 8-12 reps

    3 set close grip flat bench press

    pehla set warmup set 15 reps

    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 8-12 reps

    3 set steep preacher curl (dumbles)

    pehla set warmup set 10 reps each hand

    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 8-10 reps each hand

    3 set dumble kickbacks

    pehla set warmup set 10 reps each hand

    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 12-15 reps each hand

    3 set barbell reverse curl light weight upto 15-20 reps
