This is my 8th day and I have to say I do feel different. I have back rolls and I’m trying to get rid of them. I don’t necessary see any noticeable difference, plus it’s just my 8th day, but I can definitely tell something is changing because of how I feel. I’m confident that I’ll see a change in the next week or so.

I’m a 64 year lady and always been fit never stop working out since my youth run several Marathon and did countless 10k’s for years well that being said my knees took the beating so now I do just the elliptical 3 times a week along with great instructors such like you. I walk 3 miles 3 times a week. I ‘m petite but I can use some tighten in my arms so thank you for this amazing exercise

I have just started this today and am wondering if anyone can answer a question. I have been working out and dieting and have seen great results. However, I need to find a workout that will help me decrease the size of my ribcage. Does this workout do the trick. I do not want a more muscular or larger ribcage, just a smaller one.
