  29. I am 6foot tall, and my legs are 3 and a half feet long. I don't know if it because I'm long-legged, but working legs frigging sucks. I'm mad when I see folks working legs so effortlessly. It's hard, but I'm going to keep pushing until something happens, lol.

  32. That's how I started doing my Goblet squats. I never got injured doing the goblets with a wide stance. It's when I do them with a narrow stance that I often get injured.
