Pushups have been hell on the traps and all the way up to base of skull
For men, shaving is a time to be aware of pushing the head forward. I have found this to be especially true when using my electric shaver, which often takes longer and can induce many twists and turns of the neck and head. Contributing to this can be the size and position of the mirror and the lighting in the room. I try to hold a chin tuck throughout most of my shaving routine.

. I have hump. Neck poor posture. I have pain left side some time right side. Some time occipital nurve pain. Some time up head pain some time lower back pain trevel. And some time i feel vomiting. Plz help me. This exercise i do then relief
I had neck posture because of studying I don’t know but I found that moving my head down and forward keeps me so focused during studying. I Iost hope in fixing my neck posture.
Years of bad posture make my head forward. How long will it take to restore by practicing those corrective actions if I do it DAILY. Will it take years ?

I underestimated that YWLT
When I do no. 3, i keep couching when breathing.
i suspect this arises from patients using too many pillows while sleeping face up.on bed.

Im 15 and i was struggling with depression since i was 13 to the point i had to be homeschooled, and my posture got worse due to online school i guess, i donnt have motivation to exercise a lot, ive went to a physical therapist and got some exercises, hopefully youtube videos and the exercuses will help!
