My dumbbells are 2,2 pounds and they're a little light for me, but are the only ones I have, so I just completely ignored the 20s rests to make it more intense

does anyone know why I've noticed visible gains in muscle and I've been able to do more pushups and pull-ups but the workouts do not get any easier
I'm unable to feel the burn in the chest in the last exercise… Any tips on how I can improve? Otherwise the entire workout was a hit!!! Thank you so much

13 February Thursday. Hi Maddie, hi community. I am back after 5 weeks. There were a lot of trips during these weeks,there were also couple of sicknesses.. Therefore I couldnt regulary work out but you know sometimes life happens. What matters is that I am here again and more commited than ever, because during these weeks one more thing happened: that I have turned 30! And as a wise 30 years old now, I wanna feel good in my body, more importantly I wanna feel comfortable in it! There are still couple of months until summer, means that I can stil lose some fat and not have irritation in my inner thighs when I wear a skirt/short.
Happy to be back! And of course, love you Maddie. Your workouts like a safe zone… You have no idea how much you make it easier for me… <3

I really like this one! It feels very thorough with the whole upper body. And I like that I can get some bonus squats/deadlifts/glute bridges in during the rest periods

I have stuck to this channel since March of 2024. It has been 10 months and I have seen incredible determination, happiness and strength within myself(especially withing my muscles) thanks to Maddie. She has made a big change in my life, I started eating healthier and have made wise choices about food. I did this workout today December 31st 2024. This is my first time using dumbells at home
