  14. Hello guys i am going to do this for 30days let's see results (doing this workout with 10kg dumbles) :-
    Day1:- I had to push my self alot with the pain.
    Days2:- I could to do easier than yesterday but still i had pain.
    Days3:-Easier than day 2 ,my strength increased and my hand is getting into shape.
    Day4:- Same
    Day5:- Very easier and i could see a bit changes
    Day 6:-yet to do so like because i can remember to post the update

    Im 55 not worked for 6 years skinny arms .
