    .. i m doing some more workout from lilly chanel itself i.e…belly fat workout, tighten waist workout, abs workout, toned arms workout, and calves workout…..

    Age :- 18
    Weight:- 54kg
    Waist:- 24inc
    Belly:-31inc

  4. My upper belly 2 inces above belly button is 33 inches right now . I will do this workout a week and upload the result every day .
    Day 1. Highly motivated, and its quite easy but lil pain in upper belly .
    Day 2. Can feel the soreness in belly but do it ,its paining
    Day 3 . Still its lil soreness , but not that much .
    Day 4. No soreness ,done ✅, but 3rd and last one is tough 😅

  16. Doing this for a month staring Feb 17 starting weight : 121lbs ending weight:
    Day 1: Burns really bad and my legs could not get through the last exercise, also couldn't fully stretch my leg for the 2nd to last exercise, pretty chill tho my abs was burninggg
    Day 2: abs burn a little sore def has gotten a little easier to do ig no results yet tho hopefully will see some by day 7 tho
    Day 3: i lost 1lb yayyy i cant rlly say i SEE results si nce ive always had that little ab line but its def a little stronger looking.
    Day 4: same thing still dont see anything but its ight we got 3+ weeks left

    Day 1: THIS HURTS SO BAD!!!! I obviously don’t see anything yet but I’m also very bloated
    Day 2: it’s getting easier ! Can’t see anything yet but it feels tighter
    Remind me!!
    Day 3: I didn’t have time today/ forgot
    Day 4: I am doing it twice today because I didn’t do it yesterday. Although the pain didn’t go down during the workout. I found the moves easier.! I still can’t see anything
    Day 5: i’ve been doing a couple other exercises today and to keep up each day with those as well.I can’t See any changes
    Day 6: my lower back has been pain so it’s hard to do some of the workout. But for the parts of it doing, I’ve been trying my hardest. I have not seen any changes.
    Day 7: I can’t see any changes. Definitely did not get those shredded abs the video promises. I’m gonna keep going for another week. I’m work outs got a lot easier! Didn’t even realize I was at the end of the video today!I am doing other exercises along with drinking a lot of water and trying to get my steps in! Remind me!!
