Serious question is 25lbs each dumbell for rdl little? I am 120 lb male 5'6 height. I do 5 sets 25reps to begin
This makes a lot of sense. Mainly because my workout routine includes the second and my ass is still flat but my quads.. aint.
Wondering as I have my heels lightly elevated cause I want to target putter quads with the right side??

This is a very confusing video, she was probably trying to do the same exercise in different positions to show us the different targeted areas. But she ended doing two different exercises, sumo Vs globet squat
I call B.S they are far to similar to be working different areas.

Parallel on your front squat you can go a little deeper.
Hard to tell the difference. Would need at least a short explanation

The goblet squat (right screen) has the feet closer together (about shoulder width apart). The sumo squat (left screen) is feet further apart.
