Osteoarthritis (OA) affects more than 240 million people worldwide and is the most frequent reason for activity limitation in adults.
OA is the most common type of arthritis. It can involve almost any joint but typically affects the hands, knees, hips and feet. It is characterized by pathological changes in cartilage, bone, synovium, ligament, muscle, and periarticular fat, leading to joint dysfunction, pain, stiffness, functional limitation, and loss of valued activities. Risk factors include age, female sex, obesity, genetics and major joint injury.

Thanks very much all your ex about hip
Im 34 and i was recently diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in my left hip and moderate in my right. My range of motion has been extremely limited for years. I never took time to isolate and exercise the correct muscles which i know i shoukd have. I have very tight hips and a severe pinch in my left groin that really limits my mobility. Its very discouraging at times.
Very nice sir
I am a long runner, run 10km marathon. For the last few weeks, after running two or two and a half kms, the right leg groin become tight and start paining. As the pain is not that much intense to stop the run so finish the run and after finishing the pain is very intense. After doing some squats and lunges, the pain decreases a little but the pain remains. It decreases with rest. And now after running the pain starts after a few km and lasts for the whole day after the run. Difficulty in lifting the right leg forward from the knee is tension in the groin. It is difficult to raise both legs lying down in the groin of the right leg….
What to do now….. Sir please tell me.

Hello dr. Sir
I've been experiencing mild pain on both sides of my hips for the past 3 years. This pain occurs only when I stand or sit in one position for an extended period. I don't face any issues while walking, climbing stairs, or even running. My X-ray report is normal. Could these symptoms be indicative of hip bursitis or early signs of Avascular Necrosis (AVN)? Please guide me.
Thanks
Thanks so much

This is not directed at ppl with severe hip OA.
I'm 34, the doc could see it on the echo, I've been suffering from pain that's getting worse since start of 2024 and only in 2025 I went to the doctor for it. I'm so upset now.
What exercises are good if you got arthritis in one of your knees and it's hard to bend them but yet you want to exercise
Does other exercise such as with an elliptical cause further damage? Would like to get more cardio, but afraid of increasing the hip pain.
I'm 55 Years Old Working on a Construction, I had that the other Day. it Hurt like Hell
