Today I’m going to cover the basics of how to burn belly fat fast on the keto diet.
5 important tips to help you lose belly fat:
1. Consume salad first
When it comes to leafy greens, you don’t have to count carbs. You should consume at least 7 cups of salad per day.
There are huge benefits of lowering your carbs, but there are also huge benefits of consuming nutrient-dense foods.
Consuming this amount of salad can help prevent things like keto cramps, keto fatigue, and keto flu. It can also help reduce insulin resistance and give you more energy.
2. Protein
Start by consuming an amount of protein that is about the size of your hand. If you’re bigger or younger, you could have more. If you’re older and have a slow metabolism, then have less.
If you have too much protein, it can slow down ketosis. But, if you don’t have enough, you could feel tired. The key is to not consume low-fat protein.
3. Fat
In the beginning, it’s important to increase the amount of fat at each meal. The initial goal of the keto diet is not to jump into weight loss. It’s to help you start intermittent fasting.
It’s very important to do intermittent fasting with Healthy keto. If you do keto without fasting, you won’t get into a deeper level of ketosis and fat-burning. The combination of Healthy keto and intermittent fasting is powerful for fast fat-burning.
4. Nutrients
When you’re doing keto and fasting, it’s important to include all of the nutrients you need to prevent nutritional deficiencies. You’ll need more B vitamins (nutritional yeast), electrolytes, and sea salt.
5. Don’t feel deprived
Your cognitive function, energy, and mood are going to improve. You’re also going to lose weight. But, if you miss certain pleasure foods, there are certain things you can have after your meal, like low-carb chocolate or keto desserts.

Is it ok to drink water when your fasting
I have been learning and following your advice to the best of my ability about five months and I have went down 9 pounds approximately. However, I stay so tired and my cognitive ability is really bad at times. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?
Let me also add, I was diagnosed with lupus and osteoarthritis. So, I found that cutting out all processed meats helped a great deal. However, I feel deprived and I cannot live off salad. I am 61 years old and my health was not that great so, along with his weight loss my blood pressure has went down. I no longer need cholesterol medicine. And I cannot go a whole entire day without eating anything. But, I am trying by eating yogurts, hamburgers, and cheeses 4 to 5 times a week. And salad a few timesa week. Any suggestions would help thank you.

I weight 115, and wanted to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight with abs added in 3 months. Today is March 21,2025. I’ll be back to this comment and see if I meet my goal. Pls like my comment by June 20. That’s my birthday and my goal to be lean with flat stomach utilizing his advice.

I disagree, you should eat more protein (fatty cuts of meat) than veggies. Most veggies cause inflammation

It was the strangest thing today I had craisens chicken salad & mixed nuts

” And it only brought my insulin levels down and I thought it would raise my blood sugars then I waited stayed the same a long time then it raised by 2 degrees “ of blood sugars “ example 170& 172 and 174 was my final reading” for the chicken salad and I think I added mayonnaise “ strange right ? Then hours latter brought my blood sugars down had a lemon pepermint tea and added honey
and a little sugar and it rose my blood sugars by 40 or 50 example 150 to 175 177 179 for tea pepermint honey and sugar

I can relate to what he is saying, pure knowledge. As per vaidik Indian tradition and ancient indian scriptures it is recommended that a human being should eat only two times a day and later on with age only one time a day is enough. Also there is a concept of intermittent fasting. Loved the video to the core.
I have gastroparesis. Anytime, I eat fiber or have to digest raw vegetables, I have a flare up and spend two days puking and or having diarrhea and then I spend another 2 days constipated. What do you suggest for that?

I want to share my cultural way to use animal like pork fat ( must to be good wide and firm wrapped with a lot of salt for at least a week), then refrigerated. Mandatory
. Use a very thin slice on a daily basis and it gives you a lot of energy and filling. During my medical practice as an anesthesiologist in Ukraine my colleague a vascular surgeon, she was having a thin slice of such pork called Ukrainians “salo” and thin slice of very dark bread. She was able to perform surgery for 8-10 hours without being hungry and excessively tired.
