  2. My two sisters and I will be doing this for 5 weeks (stretch, rest, stretch).
    Change of plans we will just be doing this dayly for better results. One rest day each week.

  12. Word of warning for the extremely stiff/unflexible: listen to your body!

    I did this and the leg stretch challenge for about three weeks and my hips were hurting more each day and I was confused why, as I'd been so good about following this and stretching without hitting the pain point. Turns out, I was still overstretching for my body's ability!
    Took four days of nothing for the pain to go away, so now I'm doing only the hip stretch every other day and so far so good! I'll add more in as my body improves, but sucks to have been knocked off my groove. So listen to your body and adjust any challenges as you need to keep yourself feeling good!

  20. i just started but i tried doing the beginner version of the squats at 8:27 but im having a hard time keeping my balance with my feet pointed outwards fully, should i put it at less of an angle or is this a skill issue and ill never be able to do that split 🙁
