I’ve only just found Caroline and I was doing the short hiit but my motivation was at rock bottom. I found her and I have to agree with you on the bad days she’s the reason I get up. I love cardio with weights which has shown me why I wasn’t feeling good about cardio only. I’ve never been a cardio bunny even 15mins. I’m now doing (after a few days) 2/3 of her workouts whether 40mins+20+10(abs) then maybe another 40-30min of a different playlist. I finally love getting up and throwing my weights around and feeling the effects (pain) the next day but changing muscle groups each day so it’s so fun. Well done you. You go girl
