  13. Holy shit it actually worked. I've been having middle back pain for awhile around the right side of my back around my shoulder blade and I could literally feel this stretch. I woke up today feeling ok for the first time in awhile. I can tell my back is still a little tender so I'm gonna take it easy but I'm definitely gonna keep doing this stretch. Thank you!

  16. Never use plastic chair … Especially if 3 years old…why I am saying is , chair will no have strength.
