The FUEL Series is a 6 week series consisting of 5 x 30 minute workouts per week.
FOCUS:
Building of muscle.
Increasing strength.
Improving stability.
Increasing muscular & cardiovascular endurance.
Overall performance improvements and increased level of fitness.
HOW:
Weights and bodyweight.
Resistance training.
Multi directional movements.
Moderate intensity.
Short work periods, longer rest.
Longer work periods, shorter rest.
Higher intensity… and of course sweat & smiles!

I am brand new here. Istarted Iron series for a few days, but then decided I want to start with FUEL. Thank you Caroline for these workouts and all the time and heart you out in them for others.
How did everyone else decided to complete this. 6 weeks 5 a day for rest or 5 weeks 6 days per week? I’m at the end of my first week debating on taking the two days off.
Caroline where do you fit in the rest days to the 6 week program?

I just did day one of the Fuel workout series. This is my first ever attempt at this type of workout, and it was difficult in a good way! I also noticed your Iron series and wondered if there's a difference in terms of difficulty. If I'm new to this, should I start with one in particular? Thank you for creating these workouts!!

Whats difference in the fuel and iron program?
Did heat. Then tried iron. Heat is better and switched back for a second month. The intensity is the best part. I hope you make another plan like this.
