Day one Legs destroyed me. Love the upper body workouts for day 2. Took a lot of gumption to do day 3 glutes but it seemed to help the healing. Friday I could finally go up and down stairs normally again. Full body was great but made a mod for the step back lunges due to my knees. Arms and abs was excellent. I am definitely one to challenge myself so I lift as much as possible keeping top form. Thank you for sharing your review
What I love about CG workouts is we are encouraged to make them our own. Showing up is step one.
