in this video…we are going to upload an arm workout to make your arms like a GUN.
with the help of SUPERSET AND DROPSET,this workout gonna get intense in the second half,make sure you focus on making every REP COUNT.MAKE SURE YOU MAKE EVERY REPETITION HARD,RATHER THAN LIFTING TOO HEAVY WEIGHTS.

lift with passion,not with ego.
try to make muscle mind connection.
Dont curl your wrist while doing BARBELL CURLS/INCLINE CURLS

WORKOUT GOES LIKE THIS

SUPERSET(ez barbell curl/barbell curls)
1 warm up,2 working set

seated dumbell triceps extension
3 sets ,dropsets at last set.

SUPERSET(incline dumbbell curls/cable curls)
3 working set
drop set at last set

now last exercise which we gonna hit TRICEPS
lying one hand triceps extension(for begineer)
use both hand (intermediate)
make sure in this exercise you dont keep your arm perpendicular to ground,make sure to arch a little backwards and make an angle of 75 to 85 degrees with ground.
