Here’s quick chest routine to try at home or the gym! #shorts​
1. Floor Press: 3×10 reps
2. Close Grip Press: 3×15 reps
3. Chest Front Raises: 3×10 reps
4. Raised Push Ups: 3×15 reps

These exercises won’t do anything without proper nutrition and eating at a calorie deficit if trying to lose weight!

  10. I’m skipping the raised push ups & replacing them with incline push ups. I hate doing floor push ups. 🤣🤷🏽‍♂️💪🏽

  12. Close grip press is a nice twist to the traditional chest workout. Definitely going to add this to my routine.

  13. The floor press is one of my favorite exercises. It really helps with stability while working the chest.

  14. Maybe something that doesn’t involve my arms at all since I’m not working arms I’m working chest. I’m trying to rest my arms.
