  23. Thank you so much for this routine, I try to do it morning with some energsing music & night with soft lighting & ocean/rain sounds- my shoulder & neck pain (an old muscle tear) is so much better when i do!

  26. Excellent stretch. I saved this years ago. I keep coming back to it bc it's very helpful for after a workout or to take a stretch-&-connect-with-my-body break a couple of times each day, or at wake up & day's end. So many ways this video is useful!
