» REVOLVE Dumbbell Full Body Circuits Workout | EPIC Endgame Day 4



Here we go! A full body circuits workout hitting those shoulders, back, chest, arms, core, quads, hamstrings and glutes, one big circuit!

All you will need for this workout is some dumbbells, a chair for Bulgarian lunges & your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each for most of the workout, however I drop to 9kg each for the 2 shoulder exercises!

We simply complete 3 rounds before we hit that finisher!

The timer will be on for 60 seconds per exercise with 20 seconds rest inbetween!

BULGARIAN LUNGE (dumbbell on same side)

SWITCH SIDE!

PUSH PRESS

FINISHER!

100 x BODYWEIGHT SUMO SQUATS!

This finisher will be 50 reps full range… then 50 reps of half reps!

Pause when you need to! Try to not let fatigue affect your depth! Focus on those hips pushing back the entire time during the sumo squats!

This workout will challenge all of the major muscles in the body so enjoy the transitions between each body part, perform each set the very best possible and whether you complete the suggested add on or perform a different type of workout, try to get some good rest!

This will be day 4 smashed!! I hope you are loving your training this week so far!! I definitely am!

  2. It was intense.. by the 3rd circuit I was almost done but pulled myself through the finisher and glad I did. Used the heavier weights this time especially for the Bulgarian lunges with 35s were tough.

  14. I see so many inspiring comments here and I really want to follow suit, but WOW this was tough!🤣 I should know better after having completed all of the other EPIC programmes, but the finisher makes a hughe differenece! There is sweat on my floor – which has not happened in a long time!
    I love this! It took me roughly 48 minutes including warm up and I did apuse once or twice to vomplete some exercises. Solid 9.5/10 based on how today went (espcially those lunges), used my 9kg as my heavier set and my 7kg as my lighter weights.
    Finisher 50 – 15 – 15 (5s with a brief pause) – 10 (5s with brief pause) x2

  17. Day 4 111024 🔥 hahahaha day 2 of the month! I am still able to do this !! Never underestimate yourself!! Yeahhhh Idk why when I'm doing the third set of the workout, my body and my mind feel so much clear and energetic, I can see the details of things like the fans moving, the wind makes my towel flying. I knew that slow was faster in the process so keep moving keep doinggggg
