    Day 1— My thighs feel sore as hellllll but I’ll continue though

    Day 2— Just completed day 2 tbh my thighs were a little sore from yesterday, I thought I’d give up in middle but I still did the whole workout lol idk how

    Day 3— Did itt! I don’t see any changes yet though but I feel less sore it only hurted a little in the end

    Day 4— It’s almost like the day 3 and I’m kind of getting used to these exercises i still feel a little sore though and I didn’t see any changes yet

    Day 5– not done because it was sundayyyy

    Day6– NO SORENESS LITERALLY but I still felt a lot of burn and I see no changes though

    Day7– Done and it’s like same as 6 day, no visible changes or anything.
