Spontaneous HIIT! A whole variety of movements involving only bodyweight, fast paced, as many reps as possible during the 40 seconds of work!
This is a mixture of different movements but I intentionally wrote them down in no particular order! It could be upper body, lower body or whole body movements!
There is one thing that is certain; every 5th exercise is a staple, ‘PLANK JACK TO TUCK!’
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest throughout!
I haven’t listed the exercises specifically as they are random!
All you will need is your mat, a bottle of water handy and a lot of energy ready to be burned!

girl started doing those single leg pushup burpees in the preview and my mouth-breathing ass is like are you for real rn

I randomly pick Caroline workouts to dip into. Blimey! This one is tough going
Dayyumm, I am still sweatin like a dog, you are amazing Caroline, this is the highest quality of hitt done till now. This workout looked never ending. I was just waiting for finisher. Whew
I give up at 18 minutes

I’m too autistic for some of these moves
first time doing a HIIT with Caroline and boy was I humbled 
but it was a good humbling. It shows I have a long way to go in terms of stamina and pace
it was super fun tho I did have to use my inhaler once or twice
thanks Caroline and good luck to everyone else doing this. My fellow EIB’s and asthma’s please take it easy and keep your inhalers handy 
Loved the workout! Tho I have a qs for everyone – did anyone else get multiple ads throughout the video? I've never experienced it before, but for some reason I got around 10 today
