  16. Triggering to people with si joint/hip issues? Doing anything on my knees or one side of the other seems to trigger that for me so scared to try this. I usually do Indian style seated on the bed and cross my arms and lean forward

  17. Jour exercises are really helpful. But I would like to put a question here. Why don't you whear sports clothes? You can move much more easily. I prefer to do you exercises in sports clothing fore the same reason.

  24. I’ve had back issues for a decade now. I have done loads of PT, prescription, acuponcture, electrode, cupping, massage, stretching and more. This solved that pain almost instantly, It’s almost hard to believe to be honest. I am baffled

    Questions:
    1)Why so Much Gods have ?
    2) Why so Much Religions have ?
    3) If God exists, He/She Come to say worship me only, Not so much idols.
    4) Why so much rituals in every religion, which ritual that god will accept.
    5) Why animals not worshiping, only humans makes diversity and worshiping so many gods.
