The seated cable fly looks great.
I do mine a bit differently. typically I will set the cables height to max and stand about where the seat is in the video and with my feet together will lean forward at about a 55-60 degree angle having my arms back as far as Jeff’s. The cables tension keeps me from face planting while my body weight increases the pec tension and stretch. Love doing flys this way over the standard staggered feet positioning.

I asked him why, and he put it in perspective that, if you're ever fighting someone and pushing them, you won't be doing it flat or decline unless you're losing.
