Caroline, I am thrilled to report that after 2 weeks of doing your 10 minute lower your blood pressure permanently routine two to three times. daily, I was told by my cardiologist to keep up the great work, that all my “numbers” are now going in the right direction! No increase in medications and decrease the number of times daily that I monitor my BP!, I did this workout for the first time today and feel great. Not a long time ago, in fact only just couple of days had went by, I tried to implement this blood pressure course of action, Nathan one eleven Life and progress followed straight away. Im 37 and ive had high BP since 28-29 recently had it elevated and needed something to help me stay active at home since I’m a stay at home Mom with no support the only quiet time is nap time and so this is perfect and im hopeful I am on the road to feeling better
Hi Caroline, my BP was166/111 earlier this morning, I went on your 15 min work out, checked my BP shortly afterwards and it was 144/96, will use more regular as well as the 10 min version; my BP has been known to go down to 129/88 so it definitely works! Thank you!

I have followed your exercise workout for the past three weeks in Manchester – England. Previously my blood pressure was taken at a local pharmacy and read 149/80 (again three weeks ago). The pharmacy then sent the readings to my doctors practice, who then requested, that they check my blood pressure. I went today and my blood pressure reading was 132/80. Your excellent video workout, I believe, is the main reason for this improvement. I am so pleased. I have recommended you to my friends.
