When people praise Arnold Schwarzenegger for his incredible success as an immigrant, they often overlook the incredible story of Sergio Oliva. A Cuban immigrant, a police officer, and a legendary bodybuilder, Oliva is considered to have the most genetically gifted physique ever born. His arms were so massive that his shirtsleeves had to be custom-cut to fit. Just to give you an idea of how strong he was, this guy was shot five times and still managed to get into his car and drive himself to the hospital
This is the story of Sergio’ The Myth’ Oliva, a man who worked hard, lived by his own terms, and stood for them until the day he died.

Everyone was scared of him a giant slayer .
My uncle got to meet Sergio when he came to Japan in the early 70’s. My uncle mentioned that he nor his gym buddies had never seen arms as big as Sergio’s and every where Sergio went, the Japanese people treated him like a GOD. It was like the whole country wanted to hang out with the myth.

Joe Weider, what an unbelievable sack of $hit that guy was. The Weider Principles / Weider Training was a total marketing exercise, a truly horrible labyrinth of gibberish. The Weider Instinctive Principle takes the cake, but the whole big fat steaming hot mess is literally one of the stupidest things ever published. Weider's comments are GOBSMACKING: whore?! Hooker?!
