All I did for my biceps were regular standing dumbbell biceps curls and hammer curls for variation, and my arms are around 18 inch. You will get the most growth on your biceps if u focus on the middle part of the movement and just go heavy. Preacher curls, Incline curls and what ever is just icing on the cake, most people don't even need to do these exercises.
Focus on dumbbell biceps curls, hammer curls and maybe some reverse curls barbell on the cable. Trust me, your biceps and arms will grow.
All I really did for my biceps were regular standing dumbbell bicep curls and hammer curls same way for variation, and my arms are like 18 inches.
If anyone could help me out on something, i would love working my biceps in width too, since my bicep length is very good and i have a decent pump, but then it's thin and it doesn't really look good that way.

I really don't believe that any bicep routine is complete without the mass builder barbell curl at least for beginners, these 3 exercises are more towards refinement in m opinion.
