I have a different approach to stay active in my old age. I am 86 yrs old, male, single, I have reach this OLD age, by doing my OWN exercise ( NOT BACKED by SCIENCE ) that puts emphasis on life enjoyment while doing my,exercise, mental stimulation & engaged in social interaction. My one & only exercise for over 40 yrs, is Dancing to several different dancing styles, like Ballroom, Latin, including Salsa, Bachata, All the Swing dances, Hustle ETC. Since I retired at age 65, I have been,dancing & still dancing & attending dance parties 4 to 5 times a week for at least 2 hrs. Dancing also prevents depression due to loneliness. I dance with 10 to 20 different women of all ages to make it more challenging.
I am 72 now and in good health.I do exercise though irregularly.I am very much impressed by your easy to do exercises(just three).It has motivated to take the idea to my near and dear ones for their well being.Cen you add videos or animations af these exercises as that will make things most easy to practice and propgate the simple but most effective way of exercing for 70+ age group persons.
