  2. Is it ok if We do all 5 excercise everyday

  3. I knew they were going to throw in the pull-ups which most of us can't do. Boy if I could do 3-4-5 sets of anything I would already be in good shape. I can still do the other 4 and sub pull-ups with reverse rows.
