Always interested in what others have to say but I knew this was bad information when it starts with an isolation exercise.
If we’re doing 6 exercises for strength , longevity , and functionality, curls don’t fit the bill.
Let’s try deadlifts, squats, pull-ups, incline press, overhead press, and some type of cardio.
