  1. What are your thoughts on rep ranges, set volume, and frequency per week volume? When I did Squat every day, about an eon ago there was a strength day and a hypertrophy, I believe a couple times a week. That was definitely my strongest but I don't recall if that was my fullest chest as I was fluffier then
