I would not recommend using your door knob for the third exercise; especially if you have a cheap door knob. Your knob is not going to work properly after that.

Just tried them a bit while watching and was reacting to that while emailing it to some family. I haven't done yoga in years but I do daily straight from the floor stand ups/unfolds and these still got me burning in the hips while typing. I think my way to get to that first squat would be to start out and hang down finger above the toes and just connect with mind to muscle and watch that slow inching down to the toes to warm up and ready for that one. I've done that for the Achilles tendon squatting on the toes and hands (bad for some reason?) Good job thanks.

I can do the latter two with no trouble but getting my legs straight on that first one is a battle.
To everyone watching this… hyper-focusing on flexibility in the absence of strength and control will lead to disappointing results. You'll lack any control in the newfound range, posing problems. Muscles might gain length, but they'll be weak. Also, holding stretches for 60 seconds a piece will result in virtually zero change. You'll feel delightful for a few minutes, then you'll spin your wheels for weeks/months/years doing the same stretches.
These stretches will make you insanely flexible….. if you are allready insanely flexible
