Who doesn’t want to be tall or look tall? For some people, height plays an important role in enhancing their confidence, beauty, or persona. Which is why they want to increase their height in any way possible! And that’s a normal feeling, or desire.

Thankfully, while we can blame genetics for how our bones are constructed, we can do something to help us get a little taller and increase a few inches. Exciting, right? How do we do that, exactly?
