  25. OMG that's such a valuable tip!! I did some intermittent fasting the last 2 weeks and often it happend that I wasn't hungry even after 17 or 20 hours and I ate because it was the eating time frame, lol.. what about coffee (with milk stops the fasting right?) though?

  26. Most people drink coffee while intermediate fasting in the morning which in that case donā€™t abide by wait til your hungry. Especially if you have e more than 1 cup ā˜•ļø bc you have obviously trucked ur brain w coffee you donā€™t need food = nutrients.
