  16. After another at least three days of sleeping late, waking up early and zero yoga. This was the perfect practice. Short sweet and combining strenght and stretch. It is unbelievable how stiff one can get after a few days of tension, rushing and no yoga! Even if you walk, bike or stay on your feet for long hours everyday!

This isn’t the first time I’ve done this video or some of the other longer ones with Adrienne but a few months of some circumstances in life, a heartbreak and an injury later I’m here humbled by a morning yoga. Part way through I paused, broke down and a few tears later continued, knowing I can build my way back, it’s not over yet. I’m up and feeling things because I am able to go on. The comment section always lifts me up knowing I’m not alone in feeling this way.
