Weekly Yoga Flow 3 Forward bends hamstrings shoulders lower back core for all levels yogis

Welcome to my Weekly Yoga Flow series. This is the third class of weekly offerings and is starting of with breath to find the center moves along with warm ups and planks to hug the front support to feel connected in our forward bends. Standing Seated some Balance and Supine poses for you who are looking for a 60min well rounded yoga practice.
The Mantra at the end of class is a Peace Offering Mantra for all beings everywhere:
“Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu Om Shanti Shanti Shanti”
