  3. Running outside is better than a treadmill any day. I only get on a treadmill if I don’t have any other option.

  7. i once ran for 385 days straight, min 6.5km and max 33km. The streak ended on a cruise ferry, it was too darn cold and icy on the deck to run. After stop for 3 days, i pick up running again at average 12km a day but not longer doing the daily steak, don't think i could break the previous record, too much works.
