Kitchen floor vlogs are underrated
anything that can help with hip alignment
The Hip flexors, elephant walk and pancake stretch is the most intense for me. Why is that lol
I just wanted to say that while physical therapy absolutely helped me heal from my sprained and sore inner hip flexors, following the stretches in this video improved my problems very greatly and almost right away. The video on lower back and hip mobility exercises also helped out immensely with my low back pain. Thank you so much for bein here!!
Will this help relieve my quad painI feel whenever I try to Sprint?
fuuuckkk, great vid, im gonna try to apply this into my routine
I was expecting some mysterious things, but these are all the moves known from yoga all other fitness forms! It seems there are no shortcuts here!
Will you do more follow alongs? It would be amazing if i had more videos like your showing me what to do in one long format. Love your content my dude.

I like the fact that you say "this is one of my favourite stretches" for all the exercises
Love your content. Please make. Ire videos like this where it's a follow along routine. Have your ebook too but following a video is so much easier these days.
is it ok to do this routine a few times a day ?
This is one of my new favorites. Sweet and casual. I am trying to get back into a simple routine and i like this
Thank you!
bro I've only done this video three times this week and two 30 second sets of stretches a day and I am so much more flexible than when I was doing sports I'm actually shocked thank you!!
Love this video!
This information is timeless. You are really improving some people’s lives even 2 years later and definitely beyond that. Love you david
So nice thank you. I'd love to see more lower back and hip stretches.
New reply WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Thanks For This!
Day4, doing these in the morning and evening (but just 10mins not 30)
More stretches in long form videos like this please, thank you!
If i was a stretch and movementbydavid didn't say i am one of his favorite stretches i would be so upset
00:01:44 . I don't do a lot of sitting. I do stretches designed for footballers .
Yeah sure ! And cheating in boxing is now so widespread. Using plaster of paris casts is now part of the boxing styles we see in The World World Heavyweight Boxing Championship !
Just what I thought about when I saw that pose.
Plus; Joe Rogan has something to say about shorts like that.
Nope. I could never do a handstand or a cartwheel. I remember when my female friends started doing that at around age 10.
Some of the boys could do it. Quite a lot of the girls could do it. That's when girls and boys started to play apart as I remember it.
But then some cool boys could do hand stands. And cart wheels and it's them who got to hang around. At the girls end. By the girls toilets.
I never had the arm strength to do that ! But I think my aunt could do it. My mum perhaps could not.
Maybe they had nowhere indoor to practice actually. Only against a glass front door was the only space indoors to practice that. I guess.
I just did the head stand. The cut of skinny fit shorts are rather mesmerising. Kind of thing a woman might wear.
Joe Rogan had something to say about cut off shorts and a pair of gentlemen coaching a female athlete that I happened to see earlier.
Sure. Those shoes look. Really interesting. I wear trainers most of the time and have trouble with my feet. But I started going for a bigger size now.
Actually it's really weird. I am only 6'1" but struggle to find clothes that fit me.
I do have a problem with squashed toes. Perhaps the required Steel Toe Cap work boots in many jobs have not really helped the growth of my feet ?
My foot Doctor suggested trainers are the ideal footwear and mentioned how the sole should behave.
He said my foot problems were too many years of wearing Steel Toe capped boots. Or maybe squeezing my toes into them.
Because of course at first my little toe would not fit inside steel toe cap boots.
I started my career in trainers while the surfers generally wore wide skateboard shoes.
I think I will stick with trainers in bigger sizes. And stretching out my feet.
Refusing to bow to pressure to be hyperactive might help me also.
David ? You are too old for climbing trees now son. Take a hike on a rough trail perhaps ?
Buy some trainers ? And keep your knees covered ?
I am 180 kg. What's wrong with that Bro ?
Thank you for pointing out what each is good for! I'm recovering from sciatica so I've been following your videos
He is so fineee

hip flexor stretch number one doesn't seem to feel it's stretching the leg I put back, I feel it in the opposite leg and can't seem to feel a stretch on the quad that's on the straight leg. IDK what I'm doing wrong, even if I get the leg up like variation two, then it's stretching the quad front, not the flexor. Maybe because I have Ehlers Danlos ? I mean, it's stretching the quads. but seems like the hip is not torqueing when I do this I wish I had a real time coach to look at my technique because something seems wrong, user error most likely I know.
post chemo, several surgeries for testicular cancer, cancer in remission, and this set is very helpful for me, I used to drive for work, then I spent a year confined to bed with an IV so thank you brother I feel better after this set
I want more follow along videos please. You just have 1 in the playlist!
Thank you. I could hold the hip flexor and upper body stretches for 1 min. The elephant walks need some work. I can see myself sticking with routine.
Can i do this stretches as a cooldown
Wow. I set this as a routine a few days ago and I already feel the difference. Thanksss.
hello all, I have experience with splits and somewhat with hamstring stretches so I know those aren't my issues, but I can't seem to get my torso to lower when I do the pancake stretch. my legs open up a decent amount, but if I and able to lean my torso forward it's at the cost of a straight back, and even then I do not feel the stretch. any advice is welcome, thank you
1 year in working great for me, feeling the benifits
No reps, max i'm doing is daily single follow
That was really fing good bro
you need to learn how to shorten and edit your videos man. tho was a drag.
What happened to the volume??
