Very useful advice.
I do full body workout everyday is it bad?
When do I recover lol
This makes a lot of sense. Thank you señor!!
What do reps and sets look like with full body split
Facts
But there are so many parts of each muscle
Been doing this for 15+ years . That bro split stuff is for the birds. But I usually do two or three different exercises per body category. However if I'm crunch for time exactly how he explains it is perfect!!
How many days a week are you doing a full body split?
A split like that and you’re gonna have chicken legs
That’s what I do
I just do whaetever i want until i burn then go home
But that also means I gotta hit legs every time
I see that this does not work for you …where are your shoulders?
I have a full body day and then my push, pull and leg days. And when I didn’t have much time during the week I’ll just do two full body days on the weekend. Probably my favorite routine because I also never get bored of it
Does that mean I do diff exercises for let's say shoulders to hit different delts?
Fullbody split is beast for me..il gain muscle mass

I feel like you can only do this in an empty gym
Full Body is based
And is this accurate?
Where the routine?
abs at end is relatable
I like it +superset, take care family and wife off days + nutrition. Peace and blessings guys.
How many sets per group?
Thala for a reason
Personally full body splits 4 times a week started to really nag my connective tisses since they couldnt heal as fast as the muscles
But if I do 3-4 times a week by ur logic I will hate half the sessions too
Can I go to failure with every set
