» Yoga for Bedtime for More Restful Sleep

A gentle Breathe and Flow yoga routine for better sleep – yoga for sleep. After a long day of sitting at your desk or driving it feels nice to loosen up a bit and stretch before you go lay in bed. Yoga and stretching can also help to calm you down and improve your sleep. This yoga class is for you to follow along. No props or anything required, just 15 minutes out of your day. This is a great yoga class for beginners, when you don’t have much time, after a workout, to calm down or as the main intention was before bed for better sleep.

  12. Thank you..This really helps me to get sleep, anyway just a little distraction with your KYT helmet in your intro😅.. Guess i know where you are in.. 😊

  13. I really wish he wouldn’t talk so much. I love this video but the talking just interrupts my relaxation.

  14. I can’t believe I hosted a yoga workshop at one of the largest yoga festivals just 1 year after following your videos. I appreciate your advice. I am still going to follow your influence. Thank you.

  16. Omg I’m not that flexible

  17. Hey there. This might be hot take. I’m new to the channel. This is the first video I came upon after searching “night yoga” I’m not going to lie, I stopped watching/following along as soon as the second intro started.. I’m here for yoga and calming vibes – not to be advertised to. Why am I watching a 30 second montage of random clips from your life? And the woman was also random to me as a first time viewer. Maybe those scenes are great for your current followers but for someone like me just trying to relax with some guided yoga.. I don’t care. It bothered me so bad I just stopped and moved on. Please leave out the annoying intro to the intro. It’s not necessary and detracts from the energetic atmosphere you’re trying to create. Namaste.

  18. These a decent for lower back pain relief, but be careful to make sure to warm-up the muscles before stretching to help avoid injury.

  19. omg is that a shadow or a black eye? i hope its not from DV

  20. He looks like Jaime Lannister from Game of Thrones

  24. Less talking, or more eloquence please 🙏🏻.

  25. Best YouTube yoga channel to follow!

Feeling better everyday thanks to you guys and learning heaps of moves 🙂

  26. My mom and I tried this tonight. My feedback from her is 7:00 a sequence of poses in the video where it becomes more challenging for her, specifically her shoulders. This pose was more on my IT band; but i found more interesting, she said "idk how he's doing that with his arms (to leverage your weight and deepen the stretch). Do whatever with that info you want, but there is an audience of "elders" who's core and range of motion are a bit more limited. All tips and advice welcome; I didn't scrub your channel to see if you did make any videos for the audience previous mentioned or not, so sorry in advance if you have addressed this.
