Alex, an avid darts player, has been subjected to relentless bullying at school because of his autism.
His parents made the difficult decision to remove him from education after the torment continued “without any real consequences” for the perpetrators.
Humphries, who became a world champion in 2024, was moved to act after learning about the teenager’s situation.
Taking to social media, the 30-year-old wrote: “I will speak to the PDC this week when in Cardiff and see if we can get him some tickets and a chance to meet all the players in Manchester if that suits?”
