The Washington Examiner’s Joe Concha slammed Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) as representative of “stupidity” without limits.
Concha appeared on Fox News’s Hannity and discussed Crockett’s recent comments during a congressional hearing on corruption and the FBI, in which she admitted she told the man hiring her for a public defender position that she did not have experience but deserved the job because she was black.
Crockett’s comments have since drawn widespread reaction online as many have mocked the congresswoman.
“Wow! This EXPLAINS a lot!” legal scholar Carol Swain remarked.
“INCREDIBLE. Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett publicly admits that she only got her job as a public defender because she was Black. Crockett is a DEI hire, CONFIRMED,” Libs of TikTok wrote on X.
When asked about Crockett’s comments, Concha said the congresswoman is representative of “the difference between genius and stupidity.”
“Jasmine Crockett once again proving that the difference between genius and stupidity, Sean, is that genius has its limits while stupidity, especially in this case, does not,” Concha said.
Crockett recently made headlines when she called for Tesla and Elon Musk to be “taken down.” Her words drew backlash, as many questioned whether she was calling for an incitement of violence.
Concha, however, noted that Crockett’s controversial commentary plays to the benefit of the Republican Party, suggesting “she is the gift that just keeps on giving.”
“If you’re Republican, if you are MAGA, you want Jasmine Crockett front and center as much is possible,” Concha said. “You want her to be the Ryan Seacrest of the Democratic Party — the face of the resistance. Because boy, she is the gift that just keeps on giving.”

The National Republican Congressional Committee also labeled Crockett the “Top Dem Spox” last week after she called Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) “Hot Wheels.”
The Texas governor is paralyzed from the waist down and uses a wheelchair.
