Former Vice President Kamala Harris is making her first major address on Wednesday since leaving office.
She will deliver the keynote address at the 20th anniversary gala for Emerge America, an organization that assists Democratic women in running for office. Her remarks in San Francisco are expected to begin at 10 p.m. Eastern.
