12 Best TV Shows Ending in 2026

Published

on

Homelander's death scene from season 5 episode 8 of 'The Boys'

All good things must come to an end, as the saying goes. With TV shows, sometimes they end at the right time, and others, fans feel they ended too early. Shows like The Night Agent and The Lincoln Lawyer streamed their latest seasons in 2026, but it’s already confirmed that the next seasons will be their last, and fans have mixed feelings about that. Gen V concluded its second season in late 2025, but in 2026, it was confirmed that the show won’t be coming back either.

Other shows will stream their final seasons this year, some of which have already concluded in the first half of 2026. A few ran for many seasons, while some only got a couple under their belt before they were given the axe. Whether it’s a planned ending or an abrupt one, it’s never easy for fans to let go of a favorite show when it concludes.

‘The Boys’ (2019–2026)

One of the most talked-about show endings this year so far, fans have been waiting almost two years for the conclusion of The Boys. The satirical superhero series takes place in a world where humans and superheroes co-exist. But those with superpowers are often anything but heroes. They are run by a corporation called Vought International that is all about skewing perception and serving its own interests. Homelander (Antony Starr), the most powerful supe of them all, is an egomaniacal narcissist who is desperate for power and yearning to feel wanted. He goes to great lengths to violently serve his interests. Meanwhile, a misfit group known as The Boys is hellbent on taking him, bad supes, and Vought down.

The series finale, which streamed in late May, was met with mixed reception. Some felt the show ended perfectly, bringing the story full circle. Others were less than impressed with the final season. But the story based on the comic book series has come to an end, no matter how you slice it. It will continue in some fashion, however, with the upcoming prequel series Vought Rising, with Jensen Ackles reprising his role as the immortal Soldier Boy.

‘Good Omens’ (2019–2026)

Though it has been streaming since 2019, Good Omens only has three seasons under its belt, with four years between Seasons 1 and 2, and another three years before Season 3, which consists of just a single 90-minute episode, arrived to conclude the story. The fantasy comedy stars Michael Sheen and David Tennant as angel Aziraphale and demon Crowley, respectively. They both live on Earth, representing Heaven and Hell, and try not to let their differing views get in the way of their friendship. When Armageddon is pronounced, and a battle between good and evil is heating up, they must work together to ward off the Antichrist.

Rife with religious themes and featuring many high-profile names as recurring stars, including Frances McDormand, Michael McKean, Nick Offerman, and Jon Hamm as Gabriel, the show’s final season was reduced in length due to sexual assault allegations brought forth against creator Neil Gaiman, who departed ahead of the now shortened third season. But throughout its run, Good Omens has been widely praised for its humor and the chemistry between the leads, even if the final season only got lukewarm reviews.

‘Outlander’ (2014–2026)

Airing for eight seasons, Outlander has brought the Diana Gabaldon book series to life. The historical fantasy series is about Claire Randall (Caitríona Balfe), a former World War II military nurse, who travels back in time from 1945 to 1743. While there, she meets and falls in love with Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan), a Highland warrior. But now, she’s stuck within the Jacobite rising.

Outlander might be done, but there’s also a prequel series called Outlander: Blood of My Blood, that premiered in 2025 to satiate fans now that the main series has ended. That show’s second season will premiere in late 2026 and tells the story of how Claire and Jamie’s parents meet and fall in love. But when it comes to the original, Outlander is a great romance show worth watching all the way through.

The eighth and final season of All American is set to premiere in July 2026. The sports drama is inspired by the life of professional football player Spencer Paysinger, starring Daniel Ezra as a young Spencer, a rising star who dreams of making it to the NFL one day. Taye Diggs plays Billy Baker, the high school football coach who recruits Spencer to play in Beverly Hills.

All American was off to a slow start on The CW but picked up steam once it began streaming on Netflix. It has since become one of the best football shows of all time. From there, the series has gone on to air seven seasons to date. The show follows the journey of not only a young man with immense talent and big aspirations, but also the challenges of moving from South L.A. to Beverly Hills and the culture clashes between families.

Mayor of Kingstown

You are a Dutton — or you might as well be. You understand that some things are worth protecting at any cost, and that the modern world’s indifference to history, to land, to legacy, is not something you’re willing to accept quietly. You lead from the front, you carry your family’s weight without complaint, and when someone threatens what’s yours, you don’t escalate — you finish it. You’re not cruel. But you are absolute. In Yellowstone’s world, that combination of ferocity and loyalty doesn’t make you a villain. It makes you the only thing standing between everything that matters and everyone who wants to take it.

You thrive in the chaos of high-stakes negotiation, where the money is enormous, the margins are thin, and the wrong word in the wrong room can cost everyone everything. You’re a fixer — the person called when a situation is already on fire and needs someone with the nerve to walk into it. West Texas oil country rewards exactly what you are: sharp, adaptable, unsentimental, and absolutely clear-eyed about what people want and what they’ll do to get it. You’re not naive enough to think this world is fair. You’re smart enough to be the one deciding who it’s fair to.

You are a Dwight Manfredi — someone who has served their time, paid their dues, and arrived somewhere unexpected with nothing but their reputation and their wits. You adapt without losing yourself. You build loyalty through respect rather than fear, though you’re not above reminding people that the two aren’t mutually exclusive. Tulsa King is for people who are still standing when everyone assumed they’d be finished — who find, in an unfamiliar place, that they’re more capable than the world gave them credit for. You don’t need a throne. You build one, wherever you happen to land.

You carry the weight of a system that is broken by design, and you do it anyway — because someone has to, and because you’re the only one positioned to do it without the whole thing collapsing. Mike McLusky’s world is for people who are comfortable operating where there are no good options, only less catastrophic ones. You speak every language: law enforcement, criminal, political, human. That fluency makes you invaluable and it makes you a target. You’ve made your peace with both. Mayor of Kingstown belongs to people who understand that keeping the peace is not the same as being at peace — and who do the job regardless.

A feel-good, goofy sitcom, The Neighborhood stars Max Greenfield and Beth Behrs as Dave and Gemma, a married couple with a young son who move into a predominantly Black neighborhood. At first, Calvin (Cedric the Entertainer) is not too happy about his new neighbors. But as Gemma and his wife Tina (Tichina Arnold) grow close, and Dave begins to grow on him, the two families become close friends.

The Neighborhood touches on race, of course, but at its core, it’s also a commentary on accepting differences in general. While Dave and Gemma are white and come from a small town with a very different upbringing, Calvin eventually realizes they aren’t all that different. The hilarity comes, however, with Calvin constantly being annoyed by Dave and his corny antics. While The Neighborhood‘s ending seemed rushed, that doesn’t take away from the fact that the show’s eight seasons are worth watching.

It’s a good time to bring Emily in Paris to a close. The story begins with Emily Cooper (Lily Collins), a young social media strategist who goes to Paris on a temporary assignment for her company. She falls in love, however, and despite all the work challenges and love triangles that create wonderfully exciting complications, she decides to stay.

Through the course of the series to date, Emily has made and lost loves, created memorable campaigns for clients, had serious work blunders, and even moved to Italy for a stretch of time. But it’s time for her to settle down and plant roots somewhere. Will it be Paris? We’ll have to wait for the upcoming sixth and final season to find out this and other pressing questions.

The subject of major news headlines since the show’s ending was announced, the reason for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert coming to a close has to do with politics or financials and ratings, depending on who you ask. Whatever the motivation, the long-running late-night news talk show officially aired its final episode on May 21, 2026.

Hosted by Colbert, the show took over the spot previously occupied by legendary late-night host David Letterman, each episode featuring an opening monologue (often skewing heavily towards politics), interviews with guests, and sometimes sketches. The ending of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert doesn’t just mark a cessation of that specific show, but of the 33-year run of the franchise.

The Law & Order franchise is one of the longest-running on television, but Law & Order: Organized Crime aired its fifth season in 2025, and it was announced this year that the show would not be returning based on low ratings. The crime drama centers around Christopher Meloni‘s character Elliot Stabler, whom he played in the still-going-strong series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Unlike the typical procedural format, each installment of the show follows a single case that takes the entire season to solve. Elliot is at the center, returning to the NYPD following the murder of his wife, and now working with an Organized Crime Task Force. The show received decent reviews and had several crossovers with SVU, including appearances by Mariska Hargitay as Captain Olivia Benson. But that wasn’t enough to keep it on the air.

Earning numerous awards through its run, Hacks is a female-led comedy about a legendary Las Vegas stand-up comedian who reluctantly seeks the help of a young comedy writer to refresh her act and bring her into the 21st century. The relationship between the two is at the center of the plot. Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) is stuck in her ways, and Ava Daniels (Hannah Einbinder) is desperate to make something of herself and find work after an insensitive tweet and a reputation that precedes her.

One of the best comedies of the 2020s and a great HBO show you’ll wish you watched sooner, Hacks concluded its run on May 28, 2026, after five seasons. It’s a wonderful story of female bonding that shows how two generations can help one another, Ava encouraging Deborah to take risks while Deborah helps Ava through her personal issues.

The first of three spin-offs that kept The Walking Dead universe going after the main show ended, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon will conclude Daryl’s (Norman Reedus) journey alongside his best friend Carol (Melissa McBride) when the story resumes for its fourth and final season, slated for release this fall.

The story began with Daryl ending up in France while searching for both his friend Rick (Andrew Lincoln), who he now believes to still be alive, and potential answers for a cure to the virus. In Season 2, Carol arrives in France looking for him, while Season 3 follows their journey through London and Spain as they try to make their way back home. If all the stars align, Season 4 could end with their arrival home. Fans are hoping for a long-awaited reunion to tie at least this part of the franchise off with a nice red ribbon.

Unfairly Overlooked Comedy On Tubi Is A Modern Napoleon Dynamite

By Robert Scucci
| Published

If you grew up when Napoleon Dynamite (2004) was first making the rounds, you either loved or hated the film. Personally, I was always a big fan because it did the unthinkable by having so many aggressively quirky characters not wear out their welcome. That awkward humor that would later become the norm through series like The Office and Parks and Recreation is very much indebted to Napoleon Dynamite for proving that, so long as everybody is earnest, they can remain wacky and off-kilter whenever they’re on screen.

2019’s The Planters operates in this lane and very much feels like a spiritual successor to Napoleon Dynamite, with a healthy amount of Wes Anderson influence thrown in for good measure. My first thought, before I even looked up what people were saying about the film, was that its lead, writer-director Alexandra Kotcheff, is like a cross between Napoleon Dynamite and Aubrey Plaza. When I finally made my way over to IMDb to check out some reviews, I learned that I was not alone in this assessment.

It’s Very Much The Journey, Not The Destination

The Planters 2019

The Planters is one of those films that finds joy in meandering through its scenery. Its story centers on Martha Plant (Alexandra Kotcheff), a young woman who lives alone in her grandparents’ house after their passing. By day, she’s a telemarketer for an air-conditioning company, but she learns she’s about to be terminated after making only five sales, even though she’s been working for them for years. She flatly reads her scripts, gets hung up on, and repeats the process with a blank face and total lack of enthusiasm.

Outside of her regular job, Martha is a self-proclaimed planter, which, to the best of my understanding, involves stealing trinkets from a local thrift store, putting them in old cookie tins, burying them in the desert, and returning a day later to collect money from the now-empty tins. It’s a strangely elaborate black-market arrangement, but she’s only doing it for a few extra dollars here and there.

The Planters 2019

One day, while doing planter stuff, Martha has a run-in with a vagrant woman named Sadie Mayflower (writer-director Hanna Leder), who’s first seen with a football helmet chained to her face. Martha takes her in, feeds her, gives her a place to sleep, and continues to go about her days. As luck would have it, Sadie is actually a great salesperson and thinks she can save Martha from losing her telemarketing job by helping her hit a new quota she has only a month to fulfill.

The problem, though, is that Sadie is revealed to suffer from a split personality disorder, and there’s no reasonable way to predict who she’ll become next. One day, Sadie is helping Martha close deals, and before you know it, she’s banging a rattle, acting like an infant, and begging for a bubble bath. The relationship dynamic is further explored when Richard Cox (Phil Parolisi), a man with car troubles, shows up to stay and quickly falls in love with Martha, who remains completely oblivious to his obvious infatuation.

It Gets Even Weirder

The Planters 2019

If the relationship dynamic in The Planters isn’t strange enough, it’s worth mentioning that one of the cookie tins in Martha’s cabinet is home to a collection of stop-motion Bible figurines that depict various passages from the Old Testament whenever Sadie opens it. She seems enlightened whenever she encounters the tin, prompting her to seek religious guidance at a nearby church. Martha eventually discovers it herself, and I’m still trying to figure out where all of this actually fits into the movie, aside from offering a “that’s so random” element to an already quirky premise.

I’m sure there’s some allegory to consider here, but presently, it’s lost on me. It could be about how we’re all empty until we experience some sort of spiritual awakening, or it could simply be an effort to pad the runtime. I’ll leave that interpretation up to you, but I can’t say I’m upset that these sequences are in the film. If anything, they serve as a thematic bookmark between acts, as something kooky typically happens after these moments.

The Planters 2019

The Planters, despite some of its more questionable creative decisions, is one of those movies that’s fun to throw on and vibe with. There’s really not much going on in terms of major events. The entertainment value comes from a quirky yet wholesome group of strangers who make a much bigger deal out of the situations they find themselves in. It’s Napoleon Dynamite for tired millennials, and it’s a rewarding watch if you go into it with those expectations.

As of this writing, The Planters is streaming for free on Tubi.

Only 10 Movies From the ’80s Are Truly Perfect From Start to Finish

Published

on

E.T. holds up his glowing finger in E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial.

The 1980s were admittedly far from a cinematic golden age. Studio filmmaking was often a little too cautious and formulaic during this period, and the auteur-driven efforts of the ’70s became all too rare. Nevertheless, the decade produced more than a few classics, bangers that succeed on literally every level.

These movies are the focus of this list. Whether redefining sci-fi, revolutionizing action cinema, or delivering timeless adventures and dramas, these ’80s movies remain as powerful and entertaining today as they were upon release. Decades later, they’re still the cinematic equivalent of perfection.

“E.T. phone home.” Steven Spielberg perfected his recipe for cinematic wonder with E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, so much so that he arguably never attempted to top it again. Here, he turns the simple premise of a lonely child befriending a stranded alien into a timeless gem, almost a kind of modern fairy tale. Our hero, Elliott (Henry Thomas), slowly forms a bond with E.T. while trying to keep him hidden from adults and government authorities.

E.T. is one of the most well-rounded blockbusters ever, balancing spectacle and emotion. The movie succeeds on multiple levels at once: as a thrilling adventure, a snapshot of childhood, a special effects showcase, a time capsule of American suburbia in the 1980s, and as a feel-good fable. The soaring finale, culminating in that iconic bicycle flight sequence and farewell, all set to music by John Williams, is one of the most powerful endings in movie history.

“Yippee-ki-yay, motherf—r.” One of the most influential action blockbusters of all time, Die Hard sees Bruce Willis turning in one of his defining performances as John McClane, an off-duty New York cop visiting Los Angeles for Christmas, who finds himself trapped inside a skyscraper after terrorists seize the building during a corporate party. What unfolds is one of the most perfectly paced action thrillers ever made. Every victory creates a new problem, and every setback raises the stakes.

At the eye of the storm is McClane himself, one of the most likable ’80s movie heroes. Rather than being some suave and invincible superhero, he’s just a relatively ordinary person with some skills and grit. He’s exhausted, barefoot, bleeding, and increasingly irritated, yet he doesn’t give up. Opposite him is the equally compelling villain Hans Gruber, played with icy charm by the great Alan Rickman.

‘Stand by Me’ (1986)

The kids from Stand by Me walking together Image via Columbia Pictures

“I never had any friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?” Rob Reiner was truly on fire from the late ’80s into the early ’90s, and Stand By Me is very much case in point. Here, he masterfully adapts a Stephen King novella, telling the story of four boys (Wil Wheaton, River Phoenix, Corey Feldman, and Jerry O’Connell) in 1950s Oregon who set out on a journey to find the body of a missing child.

On paper, it sounds almost morbidly simple. In execution, it becomes an essential coming-of-age movie. Reiner understands that the real story isn’t the body, but the fragile friendships formed during that strange moment between childhood and adolescence. The boys joke, argue, confess fears, and slowly reveal emotional wounds they barely understand themselves. In the process, despite being rooted in a very specific time and place, Stand By Me touches on universal experiences.

‘Back to the Future’ (1985)

“If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits 88 miles per hour… you’re gonna see some serious s—t.” There may not be a more tightly constructed screenplay in blockbuster history than Back to the Future. It carries us effortlessly through the improbable story beats, making everything feel natural and fun. From the get-go, we’re on board with Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) accidentally traveling from 1985 back to 1955 in a time machine built by eccentric scientist Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd), forced now to prevent his own erasure from existence.

The script is clever without ever feeling mechanical or overwrought. The plotting is intricate, constantly adding setups or visual gags that only pay off much later. The finished product is lightning in a bottle, magic that could never be recaptured or engineered in a lab, not even by the solid but not-quite-as-great sequels. Its casting is ideal, the pacing is impeccable, the direction is lively, and every emotional beat lands perfectly.

‘The Thing’ (1982)

“Nobody trusts anybody now… and we’re all very tired.” Set in an isolated Antarctic research station, The Thing begins when a dog wanders into camp while being pursued by armed Norwegians. Soon, the Americans discover they are dealing with a parasitic alien organism capable of perfectly imitating any living creature it infects. The genius of the premise lies in how quickly trust evaporates.

Any character could already be infected, meaning every interaction becomes charged with suspicion. Their rapidly increasing paranoia poses almost as much of a danger as the monster itself. In this regard, the movie functions simultaneously as sci-fi horror, psychological thriller, and social collapse drama. Audiences disliked this bleak mood on release, but The Thing was quickly canonized as a cult classic, and its influence on sci-fi has been profound, not least thanks to the groundbreaking practical effects from Rob Bottin.

‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’ (1981)

“It’s not the years, honey. It’s the mileage.” Spielberg strikes again. Raiders of the Lost Ark is the Platonic ideal of the adventure movie, harking back to the pulp serial of the 1930s and ’40s, but giving their tropes a grand, blockbuster treatment. Harrison Ford is endlessly likable here as the whip-wielding archaeologist, racing against the Nazis to locate the biblical Ark of the Covenant before its supernatural power falls into the wrong hands.

From the legendary opening temple sequence onward, the movie moves with almost impossible confidence. Every set piece feels distinct and memorable, emerging naturally from the plot and the characters’ decisions. It’s not simply empty spectacle for spectacle’s sake. The truck chase, the marketplace pursuit, the flying wing battle, and the famous boulder sequence are exciting not simply because of what happens but because the audience understands the goals, obstacles, and risks involved.

‘The Empire Strikes Back’ (1980)

“Do. Or do not. There is no try.” The Empire Strikes Back took Star Wars from an impressive space opera adventure to a full-blown mythology. It upped A New Hope‘s stakes and scope in every way, while also getting deeper, darker, and more emotionally resonant. In it, Luke (Mark Hamill) trains under Yoda while Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Leia (Carrie Fisher), and the rest of the Rebel Alliance flee from the growing power of the Empire. It all culminates in Darth Vader’s iconic reveal, adding an element of Shakespearean family drama.

The movie also contains some of the finest worldbuilding in cinema history. The frozen wastelands of Hoth, the murky swamps of Dagobah, and the floating city of Cloud City are all striking and immersive. Each location expands the galaxy while serving the needs of the story. The universe suddenly feels much larger and more lived-in than before.

You act before you think, trust your gut over your training, and sometimes confuse impatience for bravery. The Masters see something in you, though. The question isn’t whether you have what it takes — it’s whether you’ll be patient enough to find out.

You are not simply dangerous — you are certain, and that is worse. You have decided what the galaxy needs, and you have decided you are the one to deliver it. Your power is genuine and formidable, earned through sacrifice that would have broken lesser beings. But examine your victories carefully. Every Sith believed their cause was righteous. The dark side’s cruelest trick is that it agrees with you.

You were forged in fire and reshaped by those who found you at your lowest. You serve, because service gave you structure when you had none. Your allegiance is not to an ideology — it is to survival and to the master who gave you purpose. But there is something buried beneath the conditioning. The Jedi you hunt? You recognize them. Because you remember what it felt like before the choice was taken from you.

You have looked at the Jedi Code and the Sith Code and found both of them incomplete. You walk the line not out of indecision but out of conviction — you genuinely believe both extremes miss something essential. The Jedi don’t fully trust you. The Sith think you’re wasting your potential. They’re both partially right. But so are you.

‘Aliens’ (1986)

“Get away from her, you bitch!” Where Alien was claustrophobic horror, Aliens transforms the same premise into a war movie without losing the terror that made the original great. James Cameron ramps up the action, giving the protagonists guns this time but pitting them against not one alien but swarms of them. Amidst the mayhem, Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) forms a bond with the young Newt (Carrie Henn) and fights hard for both their lives.

The tone is varied, nimbly shifting from frightening to funny to suspenseful to moving. The action sequences are masterful throughout. The initial hive assault, the automated sentry gun sequences, the colony escape, and the climactic battle are exciting even now. Then there’s the addition of the alien queen, another fantastic horror creation that somehow improved on the already phenomenal creature design from the first film.

‘Amadeus’ (1984)

Tom Hulce as Mozart conducting in Amadeus Image via Orion Pictures

“There are simply too many notes.” Amadeus is a brilliant statement on artistic genius and the pain of envy. Told from the perspective of aging composer Antonio Salieri (F. Murray Abraham), the movie recounts his obsession with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Tom Hulce), whose vulgar behavior and childish personality stand in stark contrast to the divine brilliance of his music. It could easily have made for a dry history lesson, but director Miloš Forman turns the world of classical composition into all-out psychological warfare.

Salieri cannot understand why God would grant transcendent talent to someone he considers immature and irresponsible while leaving him comparatively ordinary. That emotional contradiction powers every scene, summoning the spirit of Cain within him. The performances are incredible across the board, Peter Shaffer‘s screenplay is intelligent and frequently hilarious, and, on top of all that, the movie treats us to some of the greatest music in human history.

‘Blade Runner’ (1982)

Rutger Hauer as Ray in Blade Runner, with a filter enhancing the colors

“All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.” Blade Runner combines the very best of sci-fi and noir. Set in a rain-soaked Los Angeles of the future, it follows Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a weary “blade runner” tasked with hunting down rogue replicants. Although that setup sounds pulpy, the film initially confused some audiences expecting a faster-paced blockbuster thriller. Over time, however, its brilliance became impossible to ignore. Blade Runner is philosophical and aesthetically innovative, delving into genuinely ambitious themes.

Making the “antagonist” Roy Batty (Rutger Hauer) so sympathetic was a narrative masterstroke, elevating the movie above pretty much every other sci-fi of its time. Most importantly of all, Blade Runner embraces ambiguity. Are memories enough to define a person? Is humanity a biological fact or a moral quality? What gives life meaning when death is inevitable? The film trusts viewers to wrestle with these ideas themselves.

X-Men Reboot Taking A "Big Swing" As Marvel Plans A Bold New Era : Coastal House Media

Marvel Studios isn’t playing it safe with the long-awaited X-Men reboot.

Recent comments from writer Lee Sung Jin suggest that Marvel is aiming for a fresh start, one that won’t be tied down by the previous X-Men films and will instead embrace bold ideas and a new creative direction.

While discussing the project, Lee revealed that Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige is encouraging the team to think bigger than what has come before.

“Truthfully, it’s same parameters on this project, which is so exciting. I’d say there were actually more parameters on Thunderbolts because it was plugging into an existing arc and existing characters, whereas with X-Men, Kevin [Feige]just wants to take a big swing and start anew, not be beholden to any of the movies that have come before.”

That approach appears to fit perfectly with director Jake Schreier’s vision for the film. According to Lee, Schreier wants to focus on what made the classic X-Men comics resonate with fans in the first place.

“And Jake Schreier has such a clear vision in terms of wanting to get back to character first, and to what is exciting about those early Chris Claremont-run comics, which was all about team dynamics. There were a lot of soapy elements to those comics.”

The upcoming reboot is expected to serve as a true fresh start for Marvel’s mutants. Rather than recreating the Fox era, the studio appears focused on introducing a new generation of heroes while placing a stronger emphasis on character relationships and team chemistry.

Lee also spoke about how exciting it has been to help shape this new version of the franchise.

“I’m such a big fan of that IP of the comics. My dad and I, every Saturday morning, used to watch the show on television, so to be able to look around this Marvel conference room and have every X-Men character on the board and be able to spitball and freestyle on, ‘What about this person?’ it’s so emboldening, because you’re like, ‘Oh, wow, this isn’t going to be a safe movie. This is actually going to be a really exciting new take.’”

Before the reboot arrives, fans are expected to see familiar mutant faces return in Avengers: Doomsday, helping bridge Marvel’s past with its future. But when the MCU’s X-Men finally assemble, it sounds like audiences should expect something completely different.

If Lee Sung Jin’s comments are any indication, Marvel isn’t interested in playing it safe. The studio is taking a major creative swing, and that could make the MCU’s X-Men one of the franchise’s most exciting new chapters yet.

Milania Giudice Breaks Silence Following Domestic Violence Arrest

Milania Giudice is speaking out after news of her recent arrest made headlines.

Milania Giudice

The 20-year-old daughter of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was arrested on May 14 and charged with simple assault following an alleged domestic violence incident, according to court records and law enforcement officials.

A police source said that Teresa and Joe Giudice’s third daughter was taken into custody by the Montville Township Police Department at approximately 6:12 p.m. local time. According to court documents, Milania was charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing bodily injury.” Authorities later confirmed the charge stemmed from a domestic violence investigation.

“The investigation resulted in Milania Giudice being charged on a summons complaint with one count of Simple Assault, in violation of a Disorderly Persons Offense,” Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano said in a statement.

The statement continued: “The investigation resulted in Milania Giudice being charged on a summons complaint with one count of Simple Assault, in violation of a Disorderly Persons Offense.” Milania was released pending her next court appearance. Court officials have classified the matter as a domestic violence case, though additional details about the alleged incident have not been publicly disclosed.

Milania Giudice

Following reports of her arrest, Milania appeared to address the attention surrounding the case through a series of cryptic social media posts. While she did not directly reference the allegations, she shared messages praising her mother and encouraging followers to remain “humble.”

The arrest comes during what should have been a celebratory time for the University of Tampa student, who recently completed her sophomore year of college.

It also arrives as The Real Housewives of New Jersey prepares to return for Season 15 after a nearly two-year hiatus. Despite earlier speculation about major cast shakeups, Teresa Giudice and her daughters are expected to return to the Bravo franchise.

Milania has spent much of her life in the public eye after first appearing on RHONJ as a child.

Milania Giudice

Over the years, she and her sisters — Gia, Gabriella and Audriana — have navigated highly publicized family challenges, including both parents serving prison sentences and Joe Giudice’s subsequent deportation to Italy. Milania was scheduled to appear in court on May 19. According to reports, no plea was entered at that hearing.

West Wilson Exits Summer House After Controversial Romance With Amanda Batula!

West Wilson’s time in the Hamptons has reportedly come to an end.

West Wilson

The 31-year-old reality star will not return for Season 11 of Summer House, following a controversial season that centered largely around his romance with Amanda Batula and the fallout it created within the cast.

The news comes less than a week after the dramatic Season 10 reunion concluded, where Wilson found himself under intense scrutiny from ex-girlfriend Ciara Miller over his relationship with Amanda, who was once one of Ciara’s closest friends.

West Wilson

While Bravo has yet to announce the official Season 11 cast, production is expected to begin in the coming weeks, making casting decisions imminent. Amanda and West officially confirmed their romance in March, revealing that their longtime friendship had unexpectedly evolved into something more.

“What’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected,” the pair said in a joint statement at the time. “Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.” Behind the scenes, however, sources claim Wilson’s future on the show had already become uncertain.

West Wilson

“It was a mutual decision between the network and West,” a source told Us Weekly. “He was already feeling like his time on the show was coming to an end.” The insider added that after the reunion aired, “It became even clearer that there wasn’t a long-term fit anymore.”

According to the source, Wilson has accepted the outcome and is focused on other opportunities.

West Wilson

“He is at peace with the decision and is focusing on his podcast and other business ventures.””There’s a tear in the friend group,” the source alleged. “The cast doesn’t want to film with him.” As for Amanda and West’s future together, sources say the couple remains committed despite ongoing criticism and lingering tension within the cast.

“It’s not all butterflies and rainbows,” one insider said, noting that the reunion placed significant pressure on the relationship. Still, the source added, “Both of them feel they are in too deep for them to break up at this point.”

West Wilson

During the reunion, Ciara did not hold back when discussing the couple.

“Maybe they’ll be together,” the Traitors alum said. “Because I honestly think the best woman for West is someone who’s not going to check him on anything, and that’s totally Amanda. She’s very mute, she’s gonna be that weak figure that he needs and he can always be the star in the relationship.”

“So,” she added, “I actually think maybe it could work.”

Ciara Miller

Ciara also admitted she never expected to find herself upset over Amanda’s relationship with her former boyfriend.

“I couldn’t fathom that I would be sitting here pissed that you’re f—ing my ex,” she quipped. “He wants to embarrass me. He wants to get his last little words in. And I hope it works, because he’s with you to spite me.”

Ciara Miller

As the criticism mounted, West Wilson revealed he had taken beta blockers before filming the reunion in an effort to manage his anxiety.

“I’m trying to stay composed as much as possible,” he told host Andy Cohen. Ciara quickly fired back, saying, “Or you’re just a sociopath.” After confirming he had taken prescription medication, Wilson explained, “I don’t know if that’s why I’m not sobbing in this moment. This matters to me. I apologize if I don’t read emotional enough.”

The future of Amanda Batula and Ciara Miller filming together also remains uncertain, as it is still unclear whether the former friends will be able to move past the fallout and continue sharing the screen next season.

Faith And Fame Collide In Jelly Roll Divorce Claims

Published

on

Jelly Roll holding a microphone

Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO shocked fans after reports emerged that the country star had filed for divorce following a decade-long marriage.

The split comes after years of public ups and downs, including addiction battles, infidelity, and efforts to expand their family.

While the couple appeared to have weathered countless storms together, insiders now claim growing tensions surrounding Jelly Roll’s evolving public image, religious beliefs, and Bunnie’s outspoken persona may have ultimately pushed the relationship to its breaking point.

For many fans, the idea of Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO separating seemed almost impossible. The pair often spoke openly about their journey together, portraying themselves as partners who had weathered every storm life threw their way.

Their relationship story became part of Jelly Roll’s appeal as his music career exploded and he transformed from a struggling artist into a Grammy-winning star.

That image took a dramatic hit on Monday when court documents revealed he had filed for divorce from Bunnie in Tennessee. The news reportedly blindsided many people around them.

“You couldn’t tell he was going through something. If the divorce was on his mind, you’d never have known,” one source told the Daily Mail.

The timing surprised fans even more because the singer had recently spoken lovingly about his wife, crediting her with helping him turn his life around.

Just months ago, he said he “would have ended up dead or in jail” without her support. Behind the scenes, however, insiders claim the marriage had been facing challenges for some time.

Jelly Roll’s New Public Image Reportedly Created Friction

Several insiders pointed to Jelly Roll’s evolving public identity as a possible source of tension.

In recent years, the 41-year-old has become increasingly vocal about his faith while continuing to distance himself from the addictions, legal troubles, and personal struggles that once defined much of his life.

After winning a Grammy for Best Contemporary Country Album earlier this year, he held up a Bible and declared, “Jesus is not owned by one political party. Jesus is not owned by no music label.”

According to sources, that transformation may have conflicted with Bunnie’s public persona. Although she retired from sex work in 2023, Bunnie continues to host her “Dumb Blonde” podcast, where she frequently discusses adult topics.

Her social media presence has also remained bold and unapologetic. Just hours before the divorce became public, she shared a photo of herself posing in a satin bralette and matching thong.

One insider claimed, “There is just such a conflict in what’s going on. He’s preaching this Christian way of life. She’s posing mostly naked and talking about p-rn and p-nises on her podcast.”

They added, “At every turn, she’s just kind of embarrassing him and wrecking every PR narrative that they’re trying to create. This is the talk of the town [in Nashville].”

Not everyone agrees with that assessment. Another source questioned whether Jelly Roll’s faith-centered image was entirely genuine, saying, “There’s so much money in [Christian music], but [his renewed faith] is just an act in my opinion.”

Jelly Roll And Bunnie Allegedly Clashed Over Growing Their Family

Beyond image concerns, sources say the couple also struggled to find common ground on expanding their family.

Bunnie previously revealed that she underwent IVF treatments after learning her fallopian tubes were blocked.

When those efforts proved unsuccessful, she and Jelly Roll explored surrogacy, but they were still unable to have a child together. According to one insider, the issue remained emotionally complicated.

“Both [she and Jelly Roll] wanted more children, but disagreements over timing and his increasingly demanding career have created ongoing tension,” they explained.

The source added that the Grammy award winner reportedly became hesitant about moving forward while other issues remained unresolved.

“Ultimately, he felt it wasn’t wise to move forward with having more kids when the stability of their relationship remained uncertain,” they stated.

Another insider described the marriage as intense but unpredictable, saying, “Their relationship has always been passionate but turbulent, with frequent almost-breakups followed by intense reconciliations.”

Part of what made their relationship so compelling was how similar their backgrounds were. Before fame, Jelly Roll spent years battling addiction and legal trouble.

He was arrested dozens of times and served time for robbery and drug-related offenses. He later became addicted to cocaine before finally getting sober in 2017.

Reflecting on that journey, he once admitted, “I had to learn that you could drink alcohol without doing cocaine.”

On the other hand, Bunnie had her own difficult path. In her memoir, she revealed that she worked as a “high class” escort, experimented with cocaine, Xanax, and crystal meth, and spent millions on drugs during her younger years.

The couple also faced personal challenges within their marriage. In 2018, just two years after they tied the knot, Jelly Roll had an affair with a former girlfriend. The betrayal temporarily ended the relationship before Bunnie chose to forgive him.

She later wrote that it would “take years for me to put the affair aside,” while Jelly Roll called it “one of the worst moments” of his life.

As news of the divorce spread, online speculation quickly followed. Some fans focused on a recent Instagram video showing the podcast host embracing Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger backstage at a concert.

The post included the caption, “The moment I finally got to be back in his arms.” She also added, “Swoon.” The comments immediately fueled rumors that Bunnie had already moved on from her marriage.

Insiders, however, strongly rejected those claims. One source insisted there is “quite literally zero truth” to suggestions that Bunnie and Kroeger are romantically involved.

Instead, another insider argued that if infidelity ever damaged the relationship, it happened years ago. “He was perhaps much more unfaithful than than he let on early in the relationship,” the source claimed about Jelly Roll.

As for why the marriage ultimately ended, one insider suggested the answer may be simpler than many people think. According to them, “You reach a day where you realize maybe I didn’t love this person. I loved the chase and the ability to hustle and grind together. But now everything has slowed down and they’ve had time to really see it.”

Ariana Biermann Defends Kim Zolciak Amid Her Divorce

Published

on

Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak recently lost custody of her four minor children and then accused her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, of child abuse. Now, as the bitter divorce wages on, their daughter, Ariana Biermann, whom the NFL alum adopted in 2013, is defending her mother.

The 24-year-old Bravo star’s comments come ahead of the second season of her show, “Next Gen NYC.” Notably, the first season of the series included Biermann revealing that she’d helped support her family during financial hardship without being repaid.

Biermann spoke to Us Weekly in June 2026 to promote the upcoming season of “Next Gen NYC.” However, during the conversation, she was asked about the ongoing drama between her mother and her adoptive father. Notably, the two have been working toward a divorce since 2023.

Regarding whether she’s been in contact with the former Atlanta Falcons player, she stated, “I tried, you know, for a while. I really wish him the best in healing during this time, but I have not really spoken to him unless it’s asking him if I can see my siblings or something like that.”

As mentioned, Zolciak temporarily lost primary physical custody of the minor children in May 2026. In defending her mother and her love for her children, Biermann said in the interview that the “RHOA” alum would fight “literally [to] her very last breath, she is not going to ever back down” regarding custody.

She added, “That’s why it’s been a freaking three-year process, or whatever we’re at now, and who knows what the road ahead, how much longer it’s going to be, totally.”

Biermann, who recently went through a breakup of her own with her “Next Gen NYC” costar Hudson McLeroy, also gave an update on her life amid the split. For context, they broke up in October 2025 after meeting in high school.

According to her, “I learned so much about myself, things I did wrong in the relationship that I didn’t see, and just kind of like things I would have never learned had I not gone through that and been by myself. I feel like it’s a crucial part of being like 24 and being alone and experiencing that part of your life.”

In addition to Biermann’s most recent comments about her mother and father, social media has been reacting to the ongoing divorce for years, with “RHOA” fans hopeful that there’s an end in sight.

One person on social media said, “I feel so bad for all of the kids, but especially Ariana and Brielle, who probably have to pitch in more than we know.” Someone else said, “How much longer is this divorce going to last? It’s been more than three years.”

A different person chimed in, “I hope the kids are in therapy because they’ve been through a lot since this divorce started and probably even before.”

The “Next Gen NYC” star interviewed with PEOPLE in June 2025 while attending the premiere of the then-new Bravo series. When asked where she stood with her father at the time, she said, “It goes through waves a little bit.”

The reality star continued, “The divorce has been very difficult and very messy, and my mom is my best friend, and it’s really hard to watch. A lot of these things go on, but I try to keep it separate, so we go in waves.” Biermann then added that she and her father were “going to talk soon.”

Regarding how her dad feels about “Next Gen NYC,” she shared, “He hasn’t said anything about it since it came out or anything. But you have to sign a release for these things in order to talk about things, and he was willing to do that for me and was okay with me sharing my story and the things that have gone on over the last couple of years, and he’s been supportive in that.”

After her comments about having supported the family went viral, Biermann offered a clarification on what she meant during the June 29 episode of “Watch What Happens Live.” Specifically, the “Next Gen NYC” star made it known that her mother wasn’t the only family member asking for money from her brand deals.

She stated, “I would like to very much clarify. Everybody wants this to be my mother; this was a joint partnership in taking the money.”

Biermann added, “I gave my parents, though, a notice that this was — I’m gonna be telling the truth, my truth, my story, and this is what’s happening.”

Season two of “Next Gen NYC” premieres on June 24.
