An at-home, full body HIIT workout with weights that includes 9 of my favorite strength and HIIT exercises! This full-body workout alternates dumbbell strength training exercises with HIIT cardio exercises to build muscle and burn calories.

    This ended up being exactly what I wanted. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they arenā€™t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout Iā€™d recommend these.

    I love your channel…i coupled them with walking( twice week) and i lost weight and toned up( probably because of this) …plus I enjoyed upper body and don't have the notion I'll bulk up because your upper body moves are fun yet hard

    Just started working out with HIIT routines and this is by far my favorite. You have great energy but itā€™s not intimidating. Even a beginner like me can do it without feeling discouraged but still super challenged! Iā€™m sweating bullets!! Haha thank you!! I just subscribed!
