    it was so hard for me I was literally, literally crying, seriously, halfway wc quickly turned to self pity –> self loathing, then I just wanna be d——. Still pushed through tho.

    These exercises had me almost trip over myself and completely worn out. But the important thing is to always keep pushing forwards, and to take breaks when seriously needed!

    honestly anna you are the best. Istarted doing your workouts four years from know and the results wore awsome. I have tried to change and try diffrent programs but couldn't stuck to them. its eaither too easy or too hard so i couldn't stay consistent. Now, I went back to your videos and honestly there is nothing better for me than your workouts. They are doable, enjoyable, not time consuming and always improve my fittness. Keep it up I am proud of you ♥ ♥
