“Were you entertained?? I am embarrassed for the @NFL and Apple for the Super Bowl half time show totally in Spanish with a Cuban flag,” she captioned the post.
Commenters on Reddit reacted strongly to the post, calling the reality star “uneducated.”

Armstrong Responds To Bad Bunny Backlash, Admits She Didn’t ‘Connect’ With The Show
After sparking significant backlash, Armstrong issued a follow-up post, apologizing to anyone she might have offended.
“I want to address my earlier Instagram post about the Super Bowl halftime show. My post did not fully reflect my heart or my respect for the artist and culture as a whole,” she wrote. “The Super Bowl is such a huge American tradition, and while I personally didn’t connect with the creative direction of this year’s halftime show, that doesn’t take away from the fact that Bad Bunny IS an American and that the Spanish language is a prominent aspect of American culture. Evidently, my lack of awareness of the Latin culture led me to mistaken [sic] the flag as Cuban.”

Armstrong added that she plans to “learn from this in the future” so she can be well-informed about different cultures and backgrounds. “That diversity is something I truly respect,” she said.

Fans Are Not Moved By ‘Racist’ Armstrong’s Apology
Bad Bunny’s performance, which showcased some of his biggest hits such as “Tití Me Preguntó,” secured its place as the most-watched Super Bowl Halftime Show of all time. The nearly 15-minute show was a spectacle of flashing lights, groovy choreography, and inspirational messaging.
In a previous interview, Bad Bunny described his performance as a celebration of culture. “It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown… this is for my people, my culture, and our history. Ve y dile a tu abuela, que seremos el HALFTIME SHOW DEL SUPER BOWL,” he said.
As for Armstrong, the mother of one stated that she never intended to offend “anyone’s culture or language,” adding that she should’ve “taken more time to reflect.”

Armstrong’s plea for forgiveness, though, wasn’t well received by social media users, who called the TV personality “privileged.”
“Why apologize if that’s how you really felt? You don’t unlearn 60yrs of being racist in 3 days,” another wrote.
“How are you learning and growing about respecting cultures at 50 plus?” a third asked.
Jill Zarin Fired From E! After Making Critical Comments About Bad Bunny
Armstrong isn’t the only Bravo alum under fire this week, according to The Blast.
Jill Zarin, an original “Real Housewives of New York” cast member, faced an even harsher consequence when the E! Network terminated her involvement in an upcoming reunion special.
“In light of recent public comments made by Jill Zarin, Blink49 Studios has decided not to move forward with her involvement in The Golden Life,” the network and production shared. “We remain committed to delivering the series in line with our company standards and values.”
Zarin’s firing came after she questioned why there were no “white people” in Bad Bunny’s performance and criticized the Grammy winner for trying to make a “political statement.”

FBI, Sheriff Clash Over Evidence?!

The FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department may be butting heads over the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping case, according to a new report.
The two agencies investigating the Guthrie case apparently didn’t see eye-to-eye over where recent evidence that was collected should be analyzed.

Citing a law enforcement source, FOX News reported Thursday … FBI brass wanted DNA from Nancy’s home and other physical evidence to be sent to their crime laboratory in Quantico, Virginia, but Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos denied the request, sending the items to a private lab in Florida for examination.
In response to the FOX article, Sheriff Nanos told NBC affiliate KVOA … the report was “not even close to the truth,” adding that his agency is cooperating with the FBI.
Among the items sent to the Florida lab were 2 gloves found on a roadside about 1.5 miles from Nancy’s Tucson home where she was abducted. The gloves looked similar to the ones worn by the alleged kidnapper who was caught on a doorbell camera lurking around the front door of the house.
The FBI says the masked suspect is a man who’s 5′ 9″ to 5′ 10″ with an average build who was carrying a black, 25-liter Ozark Trail Hiker Pack backpack.

She’s often book smart and shy, the type of young woman who notices everything around her while her friends are too busy partying and having sex. The Friday the 13th series, with 12 movies and counting, has a plethora of final girls too, with none saving the day in multiple movies. Some have been great, like Ginny (Amy Steele) in Friday the 13th Part 2. Others, not so much. The worst, by far, shows up in the movie Jason Voorhees isn’t even part of. Sorry, Pam Roberts (Melanie Kinnaman) from Friday the 13th: A New Beginning, but your final girl character is just awful.
A Copycat Killer Is the Villain of ‘Friday the 13th: A New Beginning’
In 1984’s Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter, Jason Voorhees dies. No, really. In the film’s conclusion, young Tommy Jarvis (Corey Feldman) decimates him with a machete, finally ending his reign of terror. Still, the franchise was too profitable to be put to rest, so the next year it returned with Friday the 13th: A New Beginning. Jason might be dead and buried, but a new killer emerges, wearing a familiar hockey mask, to hack up teens around the Pinehurst Halfway House.
This is the home of troubled teens, including a teenage Tommy, now played by John Shepherd, who is so disturbed that we’re led to wonder if he could be the killer. A New Beginning is a flawed sequel and is seen by many as the worst of them all, yet it tries to do something different by examining the trauma of a male survivor after he takes out a mass killer. At the same time, it’s a murder mystery. Could it be Tommy? Is it someone at the halfway house? Or is Jason, somehow, back from the dead?
Pam Roberts Starts Off Being an Interesting Character
Running the home is Dr. Matt Letter (Richard Young) and the woman assisting him, Pam Roberts. She’s another in a long line of pretty young blondes, but Pam is different from the usual slasher fodder. She’s a kind soul who is genuinely interested in people and wants to help those who need it the most. That is shown several times, with Pam consoling a struggling patient or volunteering her time to take another, Reggie (Shavar Ross), to visit his family.

Pam also takes an interest in helping Tommy, who often sits quietly by himself, only to fly off the handle in a fit of rage in other moments. She feels like she could be the continuation of Ginny from Friday the 13th Part 2, the camp counselor studying to be a child psychologist. Rather than hating Jason, Ginny feels sorry for the boy he used to be. Is Pam who Ginny would aim to be like?
Pam Fails as a Final Girl in the Last Act of ‘Friday the 13th: A New Beginning’
Ginny is regarded by many as the best final girl because of her compassion, combined with her strength. When Jason Voorhees shows up in Friday the 13th Part 2, even though she’s scared, she takes the fight to him. This is where Pam Roberts falters badly. She’s not a coward who flees the scene per se, but she adds so little. Pam will investigate, and she makes it her mission to protect young Reggie, which is of course commendable. Yet scene after scene has Pam on the defense with her screaming, falling in the mud, or having to be saved by Reggie. She’s reactionary when the final girl role requires a forward thinker. It’s quite obvious that the filmmakers didn’t know what to do with her, because the best they could come up with was to put Pam in a thin, tight, white shirt, then turn on the rain sprinklers and send her running (and bouncing) through the third act.
Pam Roberts does get a few moments, like when she grabs a chainsaw and goes after “Jason”, or in the last scene in the barn loft, when she fights back again. After the nightmare ends, we see her in shock at a hospital cradling a sleeping Reggie in her lap. She is by no means a bad person. The fault is that Pam’s inclusion in the film feels like a narrative device. Someone needs to find the victims, so make it Pam. Someone has to run away from the killer, so make it Pam. Someone has to fight him and fail, so make it Pam.
Pam Roberts exists in Friday the 13th: A New Beginning to move the story along, a story that’s not about her. Tommy Jarvis is the final boy. This is his movie. He’ll get the kill and save everyone in the end. Pam is there because the formula requires that a female character must live. With everyone else dead, it had to be her. She makes it to the end by sheer luck of a thin script and nothing else.

Speaking on Today on February 10, Randolph admitted she gets asked about the animosity all the time — and she doesn’t have a concrete explanation.
“And we don’t know [why they hate each other]. We’ve both called Taylor Sheridan and been like, ‘Can you give us something to work off of?’ It’s really hard to hate each other, cause he’s one of my great friends.”
On screen, Ainsley and Cooper Norris are constantly at each other’s throats. Their arguments feel personal, angry, and at times explosive. Off screen? Total opposite vibe. Ahead of Season 2, Lofland echoed Randolph’s comments about their dynamic, saying:
“As soon as we met, we got along. We’re best friends. We love each other.”
Which honestly makes their on-screen tension even more impressive. For now, Randolph says her working theory is that the siblings function as narrative opposites. “They are mirrors for one another,” she explained. “They each stand for everything the other person opposes. So it’s fun. I don’t have that dynamic in my real life, so I get all my anger out at Cooper.” That “mirror” idea actually tracks with Sheridan’s writing style — characters who embody opposing philosophies and force each other (and the audience) to react.
Taylor Sheridan Is a ‘Provocateur’
Randolph, who previously worked with Sheridan on 1923, has made it clear she trusts his vision — even when she doesn’t fully understand it. “Honestly, Taylor Sheridan takes chances on actors, and he’s one of the few people I feel like in the industry who really does that and has given us this opportunity, and I just am eternally grateful for him,” she said in 2025. “He made my dreams come true. I tell him that every time I see him,” she admitted, before joking about his reaction. “He’s like, ‘Michelle, stop. I get it.’ I’m like, ‘Thank you.’ But he really did give us something.”
Meanwhile, Ali Larter, who plays Angela Norris, has described Sheridan as a “provocateur” in how he builds his worlds. “He loves to write characters that make people respond, that initiate a reaction, a feeling,” she said. “And I think that what’s incredible about our show, and a lot of the shows that Taylor makes, is that they’re all wildly original and authentic to themselves.” She added, “It’s incredible how Taylor made oil fascinating. This is why he’s such a genius — you would never know on paper that this show would be so riveting or so many people would love it.”

“Guys, it’s over. It’s been 10 years. We were full-on kids and now we’re full-on adults, and we don’t need any more of us.”
John F. Kennedy Jr. and wife Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy had a high-profile romance right up until their tragic deaths.
When the couple began dating in 1994, the world was fascinated by their relationship. Considered to be one of the most eligible bachelors at the time, Kennedy Jr. decided to settle down with Bessette-Kennedy. As he was expected to follow in the footsteps of his father, President John F. Kennedy, many thought Besette-Kennedy would become the next Jackie Kennedy.
Many members of the Kennedys’ inner circle knew Bessette-Kennedy was “The One” for Kennedy Jr. right away. The Real Housewives of New York City alum Carole Radziwill, who was previously married to Kennedy Jr.’s late cousin, Anthony, recalled in a 2016 A&E special that Kennedy Jr. and Bessette-Kennedy shared a special connection.
“I met some of John’s previous girlfriends, but I knew the minute he introduced us to Carolyn that she was it,” Radziwill said. “He was really besotted with her … There was this instant chemistry.”
Kennedy Jr. and Bessette-Kennedy tied the knot in 1996. Rumors that they were having their ups and downs dogged the twosome, and they were photographed arguing in public on occasion.
Tragedy struck in 1999. Kennedy Jr. and Bessette-Kennedy were killed in a plane crash near Martha’s Vineyard. Years after their death, reports surfaced that Kennedy Jr. and Bessette-Kennedy were working on their issues in therapy and hopeful to start a family of their own.
“Toward the end of their lives, they had managed to reach this kind of rapprochement,” The Day John Died author Christopher Andersen exclusively told Us Weekly in July 2024. “Whatever friction was there was being dealt with.”

The couple walked down the aisle in an intimate ceremony at a small church on Cumberland Island in Georgia.
1998
Bessette-Kennedy and Kennedy Jr. attended their pals Betsy Reisinger and Kenan Siegel‘s Miami wedding in March 1998. In the 2024 book Once Upon a Time: The Captivating Life of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy by Elizabeth Belle, Reisinger recalled the duo looking infatuated with one another at her nuptials.
“Carolyn and John were deeply in love and in love with life,” she reflected. “That is how I remember them.”
1999
Kennedy Jr. and Bessette-Kennedy tragically lost their lives on July 16, 1999. Kennedy Jr. was piloting a plane that crashed off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard. Kennedy was 38 while his wife was 33. In the crash, Bessette-Kennedy’s sister Lauren also perished.
