General Hospital 2-Week Spoilers Feb 23-Mar 6: Alexis Erupts in Fury & Drew Makes Desperate Move

General Hospital Spoilers: Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn)- Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison)

General Hospital 2-week spoilers for February 23-March 06, 2026 suggest Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is going to be furious about something and Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) is increasingly desperate.

General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Shocked & Spinelli Terrified

On Monday, February 23rd, we’ve got Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Viron Weaver) telling his mom, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), he does not like staying at Drew Cain Quartermaine’s house. Boy, those kids have gotten used to the Quartermaine mansion. And I think they don’t like knowing that catatonic Drew is in the house. Can’t blame them.

Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) tells Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) he is not going to fight Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to win Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Spinelli tells Lulu also that he assumes Maxie is going to pick Nathan over him.

But he cannot in good conscience, you know, put Maxie into this position. So, at the cemetery standing near his grave, Nathan is talking to Maxie about how weird this all is. She is feeling in over her head and overwhelmed. Waking from a coma to an undead husband is quite the shocker.

GH Spoilers: Michael Corinthos Punches Harrison Chase Over Planted Evidence

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) tells Alexis he’s got news about Drew’s case. I think Ric is going to tell her that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) planted Drew’s key on Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) keyring. Alexis is skeptical, and she may not believe Chase would plant evidence—and he didn’t. As we all know, he only called attention to it, but I don’t think the PCPD is going to believe him.

Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) talk about Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brayden Bruner). Of course, Gio is quite afraid that Emma is not going to come back from her San Francisco trip, where she went to tell her parents that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has gone off the deep end and is stuck in a psychiatric institute in France.

Josslyn tells somebody that she’ll drop it, and it might be in this conversation with Gio or talking with somebody else. Michael is enraged and he punches Chase in the face because Michael is quite certain that Chase planted that key on his ring. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) makes a promise, maybe to the DA, that if Chase did this, he’ll fire him. We’ll see who he’s promising.

DA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) tells Dante if they mess up with this again, heads are going to roll. Chase may have to go; he may have to be fired. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Chase have a tense private talk on Monday, likely after the brawl with Michael, and Brook Lynn has had enough of the whole Willow thing.

General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Morgan Faces WSB Grilling and Sonny Corinthos Confides in Ric Lansing

On Tuesday, February 24th, we’ve got Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) grilling Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). The WSB director circles around to “Stone Cold.” I’m betting that Cullum wants to make sure Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) cut Jason out of her life like she said she did.

She and Jason have only been sneaking around on the sly seeing each other. Something has Lulu hesitant, and it might be Nathan. He may still want to date her after this conversation with Maxie. Plus, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) gets some critical info. This may be about Britt’s medications and where they’re stashed, or more on Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) confides in his brother, Ric, and it might be about the angle he’s working with Sidwell or Justine, or his concern over what’s going on with Michael. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) issues someone a warning; it could be Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) about something Jenz Sidwell’s doing, or it could be to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) about Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and the baby.

GH Sweeps Climax: Harrison Chase’s Hard Decision and Emma Drake’s Return

Wednesday, February 25th is the last day of sweeps, by the way. So, look for a hopefully big finish. Dante needs to talk to Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and he may have questions about Willow since Justine remains certain that she’s guilty. Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is encouraged by Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), and I think he’s going to tell Molly to go ahead and publish her romance novel. Looks like Cody has read it all and he’s going to be a big fan.

Britt and Jason ponder their options. This may be about getting their hands on her medications to reverse engineer them, which has been tougher now that they’re being doled out one at a time. Chase faces a hard decision. He may quit before the PCPD fire him, or this could be something about Brook Lynn and her being sick and tired of all the Willow nonsense. Gio gets the best news on Wednesday. I bet that it is Emma coming back to Port Charles.

The Race for Congress on General Hospital: Willow Tait Challenges Alexis Davis for Drew’s Seat

Thursday, February 26th, Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) wants to chat with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). I’m sure it’s about him dating her mom, Portia. I wonder if Trina will be hostile or if she will be okay. Now, everybody’s tried to make it clear that he wasn’t getting with her mom while she was with her dad, but we’ll see. Trina can be stubborn like that.

Laura holds a press conference, and I believe it’s to endorse Alexis to step in to take Drew’s place for the rest of his term, although it will require a special election. Jason and Sonny debrief each other, and I’m sure it’s about so many things—Sidwell, Jack Brennan, Britt, and Michael—there’s a lot on the list.

Jenz Sidwell gets tough. He’s playing hardball with somebody and it may be Britt or Marco. It could be about Deception because Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) was pushing his buttons on that.

Or his double trouble love life with Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). Alexis is stunned by something. Willow may also announce to the press she’s running to replace Drew with his blessing. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may set up a big media splash because she’s all about getting Willow into Congress on General Hospital.

GH Spoilers: Lucy Coe in Danger and Willow Tait’s Vow of Revenge

Now, Friday, February 27th, Lucy is in trouble. She’s going to have to explain herself, and it may be to Sidwell. She is caught doing something that she shouldn’t be doing. Either sabotaging Ava is likely, or trying to get some dirt on Sidwell because, remember, she was telling Sonny that she wants to dig into everything he’s doing at Deception. Lucy may be poking around at Wyndemere.

Lucas demands answers, and I bet it’s from Marco, maybe on the topic of criminality and his father and Britt. Plus, Willow makes a vow to herself. Maybe it’s about taking Michael down to get Drew’s congressional seat to get all the revenge she wants.

Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) wants Britt to help her by the end of the week. I bet it’s on matchmaking Maxie and Nathan, but I don’t think that Britt is going to play those reindeer games with her mom. Plus, Laura has to find some chill. I think she’s a little annoyed about the way the press conference turns out.

General Hospital March Spoilers: Nathan West’s Seven-Year Mystery and Spoon Island Peril

The week of March 2nd through the 6th, we’ve got Maxie struggling to figure out what is next. Nathan being back is a lot to process. So are Spinelli’s proactively hurt feelings and defeatist attitude, as he thinks it’s already done. I think that’s going to bother Maxie. I think she may yank a knot in him.

Lulu and Nathan can’t shake their feelings for each other. Maxie and Nathan may agree the past is past, but I don’t think it’s going to be that easy for Lulu. Plus, there’s a chance Nathan and Maxie’s feelings may evolve. Nathan still has a twist ahead when we find out more about his missing seven years.

Dark Willow Determined on General Hospital

Willow doubles down on her plan to get everything she wants—a double dose of revenge against her ex-husband, Michael, and her current husband, Drew. Alexis prepares for battle. She wants to beat Willow. She’s furious that that would-be husband killer is trying to take Drew’s seat in Congress, and Michael is desperate to prove his innocence.

The walls are closing in on Chase. Meanwhile, Drew is desperate to communicate and be saved. If somebody could help him, he’d be back on his feet as soon as that medication wore off, probably in a day or two. Portia and Isaiah move forward as do Curtis and Jordan, but Jordan may be anxious that baby bonding could reunite Curtis and Portia. Lucas may find himself in danger and in over his head out at Spoon Island.

Obrecht is determined to get Nathan and Maxie back together. Spinelli braces for the worst despite reassurances. Emma is coming home soon. There is more cousin love and antics from Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn), and Cody and Molly enjoy their reunion.

The Unexpected Bob Dylan Song the BBC Banned Over a Single “Blasphemous” Line

Published

on

Bob Dylan onstage in front of a microphone.

It’s a long way from Minnesota to New York’s Greenwich Village. Armed with nothing but his 1940s Gibson J-50 guitar and a handful of songs, Bob Dylan set out for the Big Apple in 1961, hoping to have his music heard. By 1963, Dylan had become the talk of the village thanks to what would become his most famous song, “Blowin’ in the Wind.” A reflection on the effects of war and racism around him, the song offered a glimpse of his talent for social commentary.

Over the years, Dylan continued writing lyrics that questioned authority and the status quo. While not always overtly critical, his approach wasn’t always welcomed in an industry eager to present optimism during the sensitive postwar period. Whether through the anti-militarism of “Masters of War,” or the borderline sacrilegious tone of “God on Our Side,” controversy followed. Even in the earliest days of his career, one song foreshadowed Dylan’s future clashes with censorship — and it happened all the way in the United Kingdom.

The BBC Refused to Play “Baby, Let Me Follow You Down” From Bob Dylan’s Debut Album

In the 1960s, the BBC had a strict approach to what could and couldn’t be played on the radio. Even cultural giants weren’t spared. The Beatles famously landed in hot water over a single line, “A Day in the Life,” prompting a personal letter from a BBC executive to their label, EMI. This time around, however, the artist was Dylan. The controversy had nothing to do with drug references or hidden meanings. Oddly enough, it wasn’t even his song to begin with.

In Dylan’s 1962 debut album Bob Dylan, the singer released a cover of “Baby, Let Me Follow You Down,” a blue-folk love song made popular through an adaptation by 1950s blues musician Eric Von Schmidt. Like much of the traditional blues repertoire, the song had already strayed far from its original roots. It was first recorded in 1935 as “Don’t Tear My Clothes” by the State Street Boys, then later adapted as “Let Your Linen Hang Low” by Rosetta Howard and “Mama Let Me Lay It On You” by Blind Boy Fuller. Von Schmidt’s version eventually gained wider recognition and made its way to Dylan’s debut album — a debt Dylan openly acknowledges at the start of the track: “I first heard this from Ric von Schmidt. He lives in Cambridge. / Ric is a blues guitar player. I met him one day on / the green pastures of Harvard University.”

“Baby, Let Me Follow You Down” Broke Religious Broadcast Standards Because of One Word

Lyrically, “Baby, Let Me Follow You Down” is simple and sincere, far removed from the social provocation Dylan was known for. Yet the BBC took issue with one, tiny detail: Dylan repeats the word “godalmighty” four times. The mere mention of the Lord, even when used in a non-religious context, was deemed a violation of the broadcaster’s rules against taking God’s name in vain. A similar incident had occurred in 1953 with Don Cornell‘s “Hold My Hand.” Although the only scandalous part of the song was the idea of a blissful kiss, the BBC didn’t take too lightly to phrases such as “the kingdom of heavens.”

The BBC wasn’t the only broadcaster to clash with Dylan. In 1963, a year after the release of “Baby, Let Me Follow You Down,” the singer encountered trouble in the United States with CBS. Having gained some level of popularity, Dylan was invited to perform on The Ed Sullivan Show. Initially, the singer wanted to perform “Talkin’ John Birch Paranoid Blues” from his second album, The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan. Based on the real-life controversial John Birch Society, the song is meant to criticize the severe anti-communist agenda that both the group and society were obsessed with. However, CBS executives pressured Dylan to change the song or alter its lyrics. Rather than compromise, he politely declined to appear on the show.

Bob Dylan Performed an Electrified “Baby, Let Me Follow You Down” at The Band’s ‘The Last Waltz’

Despite breaking into the folk scene professionally in 1962, it wasn’t until 1965 that Dylan truly sent his fans into a frenzy. That year, he drew widespread attention for ditching his acoustic image in favor of a rock and roll set at the Newport Folk Festival. The move from folk to Fender was widely seen as — no pun intended — blasphemy. Dylan took plenty of heat for the performance. Critics branded him a sellout and accused him of giving in to the commercialization taking over rock music at the time. Still, Dylan didn’t back down and continued pursuing his electric sound.

In 1978, Dylan reworked “Baby, Let Me Follow You Down” into an electric performance for The Last Waltz. Directed by Martin Scorsese, the concert documentary served as The Band‘s farewell show, with Dylan appearing as one of their guest performers. Unlike the gentle folk version, Dylan’s updated rendition featured twangy solos, punchy guitar riffs, and the singer’s scratchy, loud vocals — to which the audience applauded with great enthusiasm at the end.

Inside Ex-Prince Andrew’s Entitlement-Filled Eviction

Published

on

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor

Ex-Prince Andrew reportedly did not take his eviction from the Royal Lodge well.

The former Duke of York was stripped of his titles and sent to live away from the Royal Lodge, where he had lived for years, after the revelation of his ties to the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Ex-Prince Andrew recently got involved with the authorities over suspicion of misconduct in office. He was taken into custody from his new residence on his 66th birthday.

Ex-Prince Andrew Reportedly Played The Mommy Card During Royal Lodge Eviction

Andrew reportedly tried to resist being evicted from the Windsor mansion to Sandringham, claiming that as the Queen’s son, he could not be ordered to leave the estate. A Royal insider revealed that he refused to leave or take responsibility and “was so arrogant” about it.

“But I’m the Queen’s second son, you can’t do this to me,” he repeatedly cried out during the process of his eviction, raising concerns that he probably did not understand the extent of his situation in the public eye at the time.

According to The Sun, Andrew was often considered the favorite child and/or blind spot of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II. This knowledge is probably why he insisted that he did not want to leave the mansion even after being stripped of his royal titles.

Ultimately, King Charles III reportedly forced him out of the Royal Lodge last October after it was revealed that he lied about cutting ties with Epstein.

While Andrew lives out his exile at Sandringham estate, it is understood that the King privately funds his needs, as insiders disclosed that the disgraced royal has no retirement funds.

Andrew was arrested on Thursday, his 66th birthday, on suspicion of misconduct in a public office, related to his time as UK trade envoy from 2001 to 2011. The recently released Epstein files show conversations between the pals that call for investigation.

Police vehicles with officers made their way to his abode that morning to conduct searches and take him in for questioning. His devices, such as computers and other electronics, are also to be assessed in search of further evidence.

It was further revealed that Andrew was questioned for up to ten hours at Aylsham police station in Norfolk before he was released in the evening of the same day.

His brother, King Charles, shared that he was deeply concerned with the turn of events but assured the public that their law must take its course, and he and the royal family would continue to serve the country.

The outcome of the investigations might be life-changing for the former Prince as he stands to lose his place as eighth in line to the throne. While he previously denied any wrongdoing,  Page Six notes that if convicted, he could face life in prison.

When the details of Andrew’s lease at the Windsor Estate hit the media, it raised eyebrows. He had lived in the mansion for over two decades and was only required to pay “one peppercorn (if demanded) per annum.”

The Blast reported that news of this agreement raised dust in the public over whether taxpayers were getting any value from the deal, and in turn triggered an investigation by the Public Accounts Committee (PAC).

The investigations aimed to determine whether the Crown Estate properties are being properly managed, with a focus on the Royal Lodge. MPs also challenged the Crown Estate to explain Andrew’s lease and prove that it benefits taxpayers.

The PAC requested details on his living arrangements, and with the information received, the committee chair, Sir Geoffrey Clifton-Brown, stated that “the information provided clearly forms the beginnings of a basis for an inquiry.”

Former Prince Andrew Is Not The First In His Bloodline To Face Legal Issues

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor

While the former Duke’s arrest comes as a shock to many, it should be noted that this does not mark the first time a person of royal blood has committed an offense. Andrew’s arrest still makes history as the first in almost 400 years of clean sheets for the royal family.

The Blast detailed in a previous release, the members of the royal house who have previously been tied to some form of legal drama. Prince Philip, husband of the late Queen Elizabeth II, got involved with officials for driving without a seat belt in 2019. The Prince did not address the issue till his death and was never arrested.

Princess Anne, in 2002, was convicted of owning a dog that bit two children.  As a result, she was fined £500 for breaching the 1991 Dangerous Dogs Act, but was never arrested.

King Charles I was arrested in 1646 during the English Civil War. He was placed on house arrest and, after facing crimes of tyranny in court, was beheaded years later.

Alan Cumming Slammed For Racial Slur Apology At BAFTA Awards

Michael B. Jordan at the 2026 Golden Globes.

Social media users are fuming at Alan Cumming after the BAFTA Awards.

The actor and “Traitors” host issued an apology during the recent ceremony after a man in the audience with Tourette’s screamed a racial slur at Black actors Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo.

While his comments were likely shared with good intentions, netizens shared how his remarks seemed to excuse the damage that may have been caused.

Alan Cumming Speaks During BAFTA Awards, Issues An Apology

A stunning moment from last night’s BAFTA Awards has captured global attention. According to Variety, Tourette’s campaigner John Davidson made several outbursts during the show, which featured offensive language, including “f-ck” and “shut the f-ck up.”

Elsewhere during the ceremony, Davidson—whose life served as the inspiration for the nominated biopic, “I Swear”—shouted the N-word while Jordan and Lindo were on stage, sparking horror as the video captured the audience audibly gasping.

Host Alan Cumming addressed the situation during the broadcast, noting that viewers may have heard “strong language.” He later expressed gratitude to the audience for their understanding and “helping create a respectful space for everyone.”

Cumming Slammed Online By ‘Sinners’ Production Designer Hannah Beachler Over Apology

Cumming also sought to educate viewers who may have been unfamiliar with Tourette’s Syndrome, calling it “a disability and the tics you’ve heard tonight are involuntary, which means the person who has Tourette’s Syndrome has no control over their language. We apologize if you are offended tonight.”

“Sinners” production designer Hannah Beachler discussed the moment on her X account, revealing she was struggling with how to address the matter. “The situation is almost impossible, but it happened 3 times that night, and one of the three times was directed at myself on the way to dinner after the show,” Beachler wrote.

Beachler explained that they were aware that they needed to handle the situation “with grace.” They added: “But what made the situation worse was the throw-away apology of ‘if you were offended.’”

“Of course, we were offended…but our frequency, our spiritual vibration is tuned to a higher level than what happened. I am not steal, this did not bounce off of me, but I exist above it. It can’t take away from who I am as an artist,” Beachler finished.

Social Media Users Rip Into Cumming Over His Handling Of The Awards Scandal

Beachler was far from the only individual to weigh in on Cumming’s stance during the BAFTA Awards. Other social media users similarly voiced their opinions, expressing collective frustration with the “Traitors” star’s handling of the situation.

“No, Alan Cumming, I am NOT going to be understanding when a grown adult (even if they have disabilities) says a racist slur,” a user wrote on X.

“Alan Cumming cannot be trusted either,” another user shared. “We don’t need to have understanding when we get called racial slurs. Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo were publicly humiliated and dehumanized. You could see it on their faces. They should NOT have had to endure that. Period.”

Other social media users were incensed when they learned that the BBC had chosen not to scrap the footage from the replays.

Jamie Foxx Expresses Frustration After Seeing Footage Of Jordan And Delroy Being Called A Racial Slur During Awards Show

Actor Jamie Foxx commented on the situation on Instagram, calling out Davidson for hurling a racial slur at Jordan and Delroy while they were presenting the award for Best Special Visual Effects.

“Nah, he meant that sh-t,” the “Blame It” singer wrote. “Out of all words you could’ve said, Tourette’s makes you say that?”

Morgan Fairchild Says She Didn’t ‘Sell Her Soul’ To Further Her Career

Published

Morgan Fairchild

Morgan Fairchild has opened up about the darker side of Hollywood and the conscious choice she made not to indulge in its pressures.

She revealed that she decided early on not to “sell her soul,” a stance that was reinforced by advice from a mentor.

Over the decades, Morgan Fairchild has continued to age gracefully and has earned recognition as one of Hollywood’s most iconic blondes.

The Actress Has No Regrets About Not Compromising Her Standards

In an industry often defined by compromise and cutthroat ambition, Morgan Fairchild says she made a deliberate choice not to “sell her soul” to get ahead in Hollywood.

The actress, who began her career in the early 1970s, shared the revelation during a recent conversation with Fox News Digital.

“I made my decision early on that I was not going to sell my soul or my pride or my dignity to succeed in this business,” the actress told the news outlet.

She has enjoyed a sterling career over the years since her debut, starring in films like “Seduction,” “Freak,” as well as TV roles, “Friends” and “Dallas.”

Still, while she believes that compromising might have pushed her even further, Fairchild has no regrets about not budging.

“I might’ve done a little better if I had, but I was willing to live with that,” Fairchild continued.

According to Fairchild, she was confronted with the narrative that she needed to compromise to get ahead from the very moment she moved to Hollywood.

“When I first moved to L.A., everyone told me, ‘If you don’t go to the right parties, if you don’t sleep with the right people, and if you don’t do what everybody does, you’re never going to get anywhere,’” the “Flamingo Road” star revealed.

Realizing this was how the industry was run left Fairchild in shock, as many of the vices people expected her to participate in weren’t things that were part of her lifestyle or habits.

“Well, I don’t even drink, much less do drugs. I just never did,” Fairchild recalled. “When they told me that’s what it takes to make it here, I thought, ‘Then I guess I just won’t have a career.’

Even now, Fairchild believes there were “jobs she lost” simply because she “wouldn’t sleep with people.”

Despite her decision not to compromise her standards, there were moments during Fairchild’s early days in the industry when she questioned her choice.

One such moment came at a cast party where she recalled attendees being “a little strange,” an experience that left her shocked and feeling emotionally unsettled.

“I went to a cast party, and I realized everybody was a little strange,” Fairchild recalled. “The next day, I was walking with one of my mentors, and he said, ‘You seem a little down.’ I told him, ‘I really like working on this movie, but I’m realizing it’s a strange world. I walked out on this party, but that’s the reality of the business, and I can’t just keep walking out on reality.’”

After sharing her plight, the mentor, whom Fairchild chose not to name, offered what the actress described as the “best piece of advice” she has ever received.

“He said, ‘Nonsense, you can always walk out on reality.’ So that’s how I approached Hollywood,” the actress revealed.

This reputation has seemingly been further fueled by how gracefully she has aged over the years.

As such, it came as no surprise when fans flooded her with praise after she shared photos of herself alongside familiar faces, including everyone from “The Facts of Life” and “Palm Royale” star Mindy Cohn to “Good Times” legend Jimmie Walker.

Tom Ellis Breaks Silence on FBI Spinoff CIA’s Premiere Delay, Multiple Exits

Published

on

Tom Ellis revealed why he didn’t watch most of FBI before filming his new spinoff CIA.

“To start with, I certainly wanted to keep it separate because it is a very different agency and they run very differently and they operate very differently,” Ellis, 47, exclusively told Us Weekly before the Monday, February 23, premiere. “The fun of the clash actually plays out better the less I know about FBI and what they do.”

Ellis “watched a little bit” before pressing pause.

“Obviously, I’ve been aware of the shows and of the Dick Wolf TV kingdom for years and years and years. But I didn’t want to know too much about that,” he explained. “We do cross-pollinate a little bit. But it’s two shows. I wouldn’t say they’re spinoff shows so much as two shows that really complement each other.”

Related: Which CBS Shows Have Recently Gone Through Surprising Showrunner Changes?

Fire Country isn’t the only CBS show currently going through a surprising showrunner change. News broke in January 2026 that showrunner Tia Napolitano was leaving after multiple onscreen departures. “Tia has been instrumental in helping both build and steer Fire Country, which not only became a top series, but is also the foundation of a […]

While previewing CIA, Ellis broke down the biggest difference compared to FBI, saying, “The FBI deals in crimes that have already happened predominantly and the CIA try to stop the crime from happening in the first place. FBI is a very public present arm of the law enforcement. They’re the poster boy of U.S. law enforcement. And the CIA is very much in the shadows — and doesn’t want to be on any poster. It doesn’t want people to see who they are and they operate in a very sort of voyeuristic manner.”

FBI debuted on CBS in 2019 and follows the agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in New York City. The network followed that up with FBI: Most Wanted, which aired from 2020 to 2025, about the work of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Fugitive Task Force. There was also the FBI: International spinoff about the International Fly Team that ran for four seasons before concluding in 2025.

Tom Ellis and Chicago Med Nick Gehlfuss Make Their CIA Debut in 1st Look Trailer After Production Delays
Mark Schafer/CBS

In April 2025, CBS gave CIA a straight-to-series order starring Ellis and Nick Gehlfuss. According to the official synopsis, CIA centers on “two unlikely partners — a fast-talking, rule-breaking loose cannon CIA case officer and a by-the-book, seasoned and smart FBI agent who believes in the rule of law.”

The description continued: “When this odd couple are assigned to work out of CIA’s New York Station, they must learn to work together to investigate cases and criminals posing threats on U.S. soil, finding that their differences may actually be their strength.”

After rounding out the cast, CIA initially faced a showrunner change when Warren Leight replaced FBI: Most Wanted‘s David Hudgins as showrunner. The changes kept coming when Michael Michele, who was one of the series’ leads, left in November 2025. Days later, Eriq La Salle left the series as executive producer. He was attached to CIA since its conception and directed the pilot before his exit.

Leight then exited as showrunner as well, which caused production to pause. Mike Weiss, the current showrunner of FBI, took over as CIA continued to find its voice before its series premiere.

“The best things come to those who wait,” Ellis teased. “They decided relatively early on that CIA was going to be midseason. That’s actually been beneficial for us because we didn’t have a pilot on this show. Sometimes it’s difficult to really know what a show is until you’ve actually made it. Then you start looking at it and go, ‘These are the pieces and whatnot.’ So it’s given us that little bit of time to actually kind of organically work out what the show is.”

He continued: “What I can say is now we’ve got to that point the show is really going to be worth the wait. For anyone that loves FBI, they’re going to love it. For anyone who loves the Dick Wolf world, they’re going to love it. And for people that want a new show — that don’t watch either of those things — there’s something for those people as well. It’s got a lot of things and it’s got humor in it as well, which is always a big selling point for me.”

Miss J on the red carpet

Miss J Alexander shocked fans when it was revealed in the Netflix documentary about “America’s Next Top Model,” that he suffered a debilitating stroke in 2022 that left him with limited mobility and outrageous medical bills.

Following the release of the docuseries, a personal friend of Alexander created a GoFundMe to mixed reaction, and now he has clarified his intentions behind the fundraiser.

Friend Explains Why He Created GoFundMe For Miss J Alexander

Steven Grossman, a talent manager and producer, shared a throwback photo on Instagram of himself with Miss J Alexander, Jay Manuel, and Kelly Cutrone, paired with a lengthy caption about his health struggles before asking his followers to contribute to the GoFundMe.

“I started a @gofundme to help @miss_jalexander with the overwhelming financial burden of medical bills and long term care,” Grossman’s caption read in part. “So if Miss J ever made you smile or laugh – I hope you will consider donating or sharing with your community. Let’s all come together for someone who has inspired so much joy, confidence and individuality in all of us.”

In the comments of the post, an Instagram user asked Grossman why he was starting a GoFundMe if he was so close to Alexander, also alluding to his financial status as a Hollywood manager and producer, and Grossman offered a defense.

“Because he kept it private for years until the Netflix documentary came out and it wasn’t my news to share,” he wrote in response. “For clarity though I’ve never repped Miss J. He’s just a friend.”

Some criticism arose regarding the GoFundMe, specifically as it relates to recent Hollywood figures having fundraisers on the platform, such as late actors Eric Dane and James Van Der Beek.

To date, the GoFundMe has raised over $17,000 of its $50,000 goal.

“Miss J. has been bravely fighting his way back and struggling to live independently,” the fundraiser reads, which has raised close to $6,000 of its $100,000 goal.

“We are hoping to secure full-time, round-the-clock care and help with the on-going regular physical, speech, and occupational therapies. He is currently confined to a wheelchair stemming from what we hope is only temporary paralysis and his right arm remains immobile,” the message continued.

The statement then shared that the medical expenses have put a financial strain on the former runway coach.

“Reality Check” director Daniel Sivan revealed in an interview with Netflix that conversations with Miss J prior to filming shaped the way his story was told in the docuseries.

“What was important is not framing Miss J as a survivor,” Sivan said. “He is not his health. First and foremost, he’s a diva who just shattered every single glass ceiling.”

Tracy Morgan‘s mockumentary The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins found a way to poke fun at Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck‘s marriage.

During the Monday, February 23, episode of the NBC sitcom, Reggie’s (Tracy Morgan) ex-wife, Monica (Erika Alexander), shared her thoughts on the documentary about her ex, telling documentarian Arthur (Daniel Radcliffe), “We trust you! This could work for all of us.”

Monica did, however, have one concern about the project.

“I just don’t want us to come off like Jennifer Lopez in her documentary,” she told Arthur, who replied, “Right, no Ben Affleck. Good note!”

The word “Bennifer” might include flashbacks to frosted lip gloss and butterfly clips, but everything comes back in style eventually. Monica was referencing Lopez’s 2024 music visual film This Is Me… Now: A Love Story, a highly stylized take on Lopez’s life. It accompanied her most recent album and dove deep into her renewed relationship with Affleck, 53, in between self-help parodies and sci-fi interludes.

Lopez, 56, and Affleck originally reconnected in 2021 after breaking off their 2004 engagement. The pair went on to tie the knot in Las Vegas in July 2022 and had a second ceremony the following month. Before their 2024 split, Lopez praised Affleck’s help with This Is Me … Now: A Love Story, which served as a sequel to her 2002 album This Is Me … Then that was dedicated to Affleck

“I was like, ‘I don’t write, I don’t do this,’” she recalled at a February 2024 press conference. “He was like, ‘You do, you write, you direct, you produce, you choreograph, you do all the things. Start stepping into that, start owning a little bit of who you are.’”

The singer was excited to share a glimpse of her and Affleck’s love story, telling Variety at the time, “I’ve been on this journey, and I’ve been trying to figure it out. Now I feel like because Ben and I have rediscovered each other — and now that we’re married — I have something to offer. This is the defining piece of work that’s going to close that chapter so I can move on to the next part of my life.”
