5 Great War Movies on Netflix and HBO Max to Watch on Father’s Day
One month after celebrating moms around the world, it’s time for dads to get their due.
Father’s Day is this Sunday, June 21, and Watch With Us wants to celebrate by recommending a movie genre near and dear to all dads’ hearts – war films.
Streamers like Netflix, Prime Video and Tubi have tons of action-packed movies to watch, which is why we narrowed down our selections that cover a specific historical event – World War II.
From Tom Cruise trying to kill Adolf Hitler in the thriller Valkyrie to Clark Gable battling Japanese submarines in Run Silent, Run Deep, these WWII films are guaranteed to make pops happy on his special day of the year.
‘Enemy at the Gates’ (2001) – Paramount+

Jude Law in Enemy at the Gates. Paramount/courtesy Everett Collection
In the middle of World War II, everyone needs a hero, including the Soviets. They get one with Vassili Zaitsev (Jude Law), a Red Army sniper who is renowned for his incredible marksmanship, which has taken out many of the invading German army. He becomes friends with his supervising officer, Danilov (Joseph Fiennes), but the two men soon face a bump in their bromance – they both love Tania (Rachel Weisz), a private with a knack for translating German. They’ll have to set aside their rivalry when the Germans send Erwin König (Ed Harris), a sniper who is even better than Vassili, to take out his rival and any Soviet soldier who crosses his path.
While the love triangle at the center of Enemy at the Gates is a bit unbelievable, the film makes up for it with its outstanding battle scenes and the climactic sniper-on-sniper duel between Vassili and Erwin. Hollywood doesn’t make many WWII movies with Russian and German protagonists, and the film’s depiction of the Battle of Stalingrad is truly impressive.
‘The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare’ (2024) – HBO Max

Alan Ritchson in The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. Dan Smith /© Lions Gate Films /Courtesy Everett Collection
If you want a war movie that doesn’t take itself too seriously, watch The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. Based on the nonfiction book Churchill’s Secret Warriors by Damien Lewis, the movie stars Henry Cavill as real-life war hero Gus March-Phillipps, who led a covert mission to destroy an Italian supply ship near a Spanish-controlled island. Gus can’t do it alone, so he assembles a dirty half-dozen of rogue officers like Anders Lassen (Alan Ritchson) and Marjorie Stewart (Eíza Gonzalez) to help him.
Director Guy Ritchie plays fast and loose with some of the facts, including adding several gunfights and explosions that never actually happened. Still, if watching former Superman Cavill gun down some Nazis and Reacher star Ritchson break some Axis Power heads, then hang out with The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.
‘Run Silent, Run Deep’ (1958) – Prime Video
With World War II still raging, submarine commander P.J. Richardson (Clark Gable) only has one thing on his mind – revenge. The Japanese destroyer Akikaze has sunk four American subs, including P.J.’s last ship, and he wants to stop it from doing it again. He gets his chance when he is assigned to command the USS Nerka, but the Navy forbids him to go after the Akikaze. P.J. ignores their orders and trains his crew to hunt and destroy his Japanese enemy, but he encounters resistance from one man on board – Lieutenant Jim Bledsoe (Burt Lancaster), who thinks P.J.’s obsession will doom them all to a watery grave.
Two dudes battling it out on a submarine? If Run Silent, Run Deep sounds a little like the 1995 Cold War thriller Crimson Tide with Gene Hackman and Denzel Washington, you’re right. Both movies feature two stars locked in a battle of wills while torpedoes are being shot at them thousands of feet underwater. But Run Silent, Run Deep is even more intense, with crisp back and white cinematography lending a patina of realism to its purely fictional story. At the tail end of his career, Gable gives one of his best performances ever as an officer who is no gentleman. His obsession with getting even jeopardizes his colleagues, and Gable is surprisingly convincing at showing P.J.’s growing desperation.
‘Nuremberg’ (2025) – Netflix

Russell Crowe in Nuremberg. Sony Pictures Classics / Courtesy Everett Collection
What happens after war ends and the enemy needs to be punished? That’s the question Nuremberg grapples with as it depicts the beginning of the Nuremberg trials in 1945. Hitler’s second-in-command, Hermann Göring (Russell Crowe), is accused of mass murder, and the prosecution needs to determine if he’s mentally fit to stand trial. After U.S. Army psychiatrist Douglas Kelley (Rami Malek) examines him, he doesn’t quite believe a man so civil to him – and caring for his family – could commit such atrocities. But as the trial proceeds and evidence is shown to the public, Kelley grapples with Göring’s true nature.
Unlike classic WWII movies like Saving Private Ryan and Das Boot, Nuremberg focuses on the aftermath of war and the battles waged in the courtroom and in public opinion. The Nuremberg trials were, for many, the first real look at what the Germans had done to their Jewish prisoners, and the film convincingly conveys this dawning horror through Kelley’s perspective. Crow gives his best performance in years as a monster cosplaying as a family man who thinks that by denying what he did, he can make it go away. Nuremberg shows how wrong he was and the need for public accountability for private misdeeds.
‘Valkyrie’ (2008) – Tubi

Tom Cruise in Valkyrie. United Artists/courtesy Everett Collection
Tom Cruise as a Nazi? Yeah, it happened – kinda – in 2008’s Valkyrie, which sees the Top Gun star play a German soldier, Claus von Stauffenberg, who is fed up with Hitler (David Bamber) and his cronies. He decides to do something about it by leading a resistance effort to assassinate the German leader so he can take over the military and end the war. That sounds simple, but to get close enough to Hitler, Claus has to make sure everything goes right – and nobody finds out what his real intentions are.
Directed by Bryan Singer, Valkyrie is an excellent thriller that retells a moment in history few people know about. There really was a Claus von Stauffenberg, and he almost pulled off an act that would have saved millions of lives. (It shouldn’t be a spoiler to reveal that Claus was not successful in assassinating Hitler.) Cruise is miscast as an eye-patch-wearing German officer, but he’s also oddly right at home spying on others and staging daring acts of subterfuge. He’s surrounded by a top-notch cast of British character actors, like Kenneth Branagh, Bill Nighy and Terence Stamp, and they’re all terrific as Claus’ fellow soldiers who want to off their big boss.

9 Most Perfect Anime of the Last 25 Years
Anime has consistently delivered some of the most emotional, imaginative, and incredibly immersive works of fictional art over the last 25 years. TV has been much better for it as series after series have been remembered for their striking animation, great fight scenes, epic worlds, and beautifully developed characters, all of which stay with audiences long after the credits roll.
A few of the gems that have succeeded over the years are Mob Psycho 100, which stands out for its use of wild animation and psychic battles to tell a deeply personal tale about self-discovery and acceptance, and My Hero Academia, an epic action anime that turns superhero aspirations into an inspiring story about never giving up or backing down. Both, along with the rest on this list, are influential stories that remain consistent, powerful, and genuinely memorable throughout their run, standing as some of the most perfect anime works of the last 25 years.
9
‘Hunter x Hunter’ (2011–2014)
This 2011 remake has lived on in the hearts of anime fans for years since its release. Hunter x Hunter follows Gon Freecss (Megumi Han) as he sets out to become a Hunter and gain his Hunter’s license, in order to better understand the father who abandoned him.
Hunter x Hunter is one of those rare, perfect gems of long-form battle shōnen that becomes far more intelligent as it goes on. It’s a strong anime for first-timers into the genre, a true safe bet for a great time, and what the medium has to offer. Few anime of the last 25 years have balanced strategy, adventure, and character growth as well as Hunter x Hunter has. The series is genuinely masterful, as it delivers a rich adventure story without ever being shallow, an emotional wild-ride without ever being overly sentimental, and extremely clever without losing any of its excitement and fun.
8
‘Steins;Gate’ (2011–2015)
Steins;Gate is genuinely one of the most rewarding anime of the last 25 years, yet somehow its perfection is constantly overlooked. The series centers around Rintaro Okabe (Mamoru Miyano), a flamboyant mad scientist, whose accidental tampering with time begins to fracture the lives around him.
Steins;Gate carefully builds from a rather quirky science-fiction comedy into a devastating time-travel drama that quite literally stuns. It’s a structurally satisfying good time that rewards rewatches, patience, and close attention. Steins;Gate is fantastically good, standing strong as a smart sci-fi anime with a beautiful emotional payoff. It’s an underrated bout of perfection that hosts memorable characters, emotional stakes, and a clever structure. Not many are able to deny Stein;Gate‘s brilliance as it easily transitions from nerd comedy into a wrenching time-loop tragedy, marking it as one of the greatest sci-fi dramas ever made.
7
‘Mob Psycho 100’ (2016–2022)
This coming-of-age tale is one that is undeniably magnificent and woefully underrated. Mob Psycho 100 focuses on a young middle schooler, Shigeo “Mob” Kageyama (Setsuo Ito), as he struggles socially while wielding incredibly absurd amounts of psychic power that threaten to go out of control at the height of his emotions.
Anyone who has seen even just a bit of Mob Psycho 100 can point out why it’s so incredibly perfect. With each episode, the series gets better, and with each season, the character growth becomes even more astonishing. Mob Psycho 100 is not only emotionally satisfying, but it stands as one of the most entertaining sci-fi action shows ever made. It’s a top-of-the-shelf kind of anime that has ranked high among some of the most exciting in the genre of the last decade, despite its criminally underrated status.
6
‘Made in Abyss’ (2017–2022)
This incredible work of fiction stands as one of the most haunting watches on this list of the most perfect anime of the last 25 years. Made in Abyss centers on little Riko’s (Miyu Tomita), who descends into the Abyss in search of her mother, accompanied by a mysterious robot boy named Reg (Mariya Ise).
Made in Abyss is the embodiment of deceptive beauty, with its host of colors and seemingly whimsical adventure story. In actuality, the breathtaking fantasy builds a world that features emotional devastation for audiences and characters alike. It’s an often overlooked anime that wields a perfection that is truly rare in the modern genre. Made in Absyss‘ story is no doubt far darker and more unsettling than its lighthearted appearance initially suggests, but its emotional power, atmosphere, and astonishingly immersive quality make it the ideal addition to this list.
5
‘Monster’ (2004–2005)
Monster has to be one of the greatest anime ever created, as it delivers an equal sophistication as the best live-action psychological thrillers. The thriller follows Dr. Kenzo Tenma (Hidenobu Kiuchi), who saves a child’s life and slowly comes to the realization that that same child is Johan Liebert (Nozomu Sasaki), who may become one of the most terrifying human beings to ever exist.
Monster is a suspenseful thrill ride that stands out because of its discipline. It’s a true gem not only for its mature storytelling but also for its continuous high quality of gripping content. Monster is masterfully constructed from beginning to end, with its suspense that grows through choices, conversations, memories, and the psychological damage left behind by past influences. Few anime of the last 25 years have shown the spectacular maturity, tension, and continuous high quality that Monster has, making it one of the most perfect shows ever made.
4
‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ (2019–2024)
This iconic action anime is a masterpiece that owns the stage in story and intensity. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba follows Tanjiro Kamado (Natsuki Hanae), a boy who becomes a Demon Slayer after his family is massacred, with only his sister Nezuko (Akari Kitō), remaining, but completely transformed.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a true action staple. It’s a visually overwhelming bout of intense action that has exceeded countless expectations. Demon Slayer is easily dubbed perfect by fans for all it brings: an epic story, brutal action, memorable characters, emotional weight, and some of the most stunning animation ever seen in the medium. The anime is a series that boasts immense popularity—which is very well-deserved—a defining anime that stands at the top with several other greats of the last 25 years.
3
‘Attack on Titan’ (2013–2023)
Attack on Titan is a true cultural phenomenon. The brilliant action anime focuses on friends Eren Yeager (Yûki Kaji), Mikasa Ackerman (Yui Ishikawa), and Armin Arlert (Marina Inoue), who begin as survivors trapped behind walls and grow into avenging soldiers as time goes on.
Attack on Titan is genuinely in a league of its own. It’s one of the few long-form anime that has maintained an extraordinary level of quality season after season. What begins as a brutal survival story develops into a spiraling tale of oppression, war, freedom, and the devastating consequences of the morally grey line between good and evil. Attack on Titan is literal perfection and stands today as one of the most defining TV events of the century, masterfully cementing its place on this list.
2
‘My Hero Academia’ (2016–2026)
This visual feast of an anime is one that not only delivers quality animation but also a fantastic story. My Hero Academia centers around the initially powerless Izuku Midoriya (Daiki Yamashita), who is born into a world where superhuman abilities are common, only to be given the chance of power inheritance by the hero he admires most.
My Hero Academia is one of the top-defining shōnen of the last decade, as it turns simple heroic dreams into a story about responsibility, effort, and courage. Even with a large cast of characters, the series remains gripping, giving each character time to shine in the spotlight. A huge part of My Hero’s perfection is how earnestly it believes in heroism while still throwing out the question of what being a hero truly means. The series takes its audience on a journey rife with laughter, love, tears, and loss, offering viewers a modern shōnen with an emotional payoff that definitely places it high among the best and the brightest.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is the ultimate anime fantasy watch that provides audiences with a well-balanced story. The impeccable anime follows brothers Edward Elric (Romi Park) and Alphonse Elric (Rie Kugimiya), who commit the central sin of human transmutation, lose their bodies in the attempt, and then join the military in order to embark on a mystical journey to reclaim what was taken from them with hopes of finding the philosopher’s stone.
Whether it be story, animation, action, or fantasy, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood delivers on all fronts. The series is often treated as the gold standard for a complete anime adaptation, and it is as plain as day to see why. Very few anime have matched the level of gripping storytelling that Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood has. It hosts both blockbuster action and intricate plotting, with memorable antagonists, a coherent power system, and absolutely no lull in the middle of it all. It’s a truly epic tale, rife with content that never feels bloated or unnecessary. In fact, the action fantasy is the kind of perfect series that has had a hand in defining what true anime excellence means over the last 25 years.

Tennessee Football Star Suspended Over $427 Airline Ticket
University of Tennessee linebacker Arion Carter will miss the first two games of the 2026 college football season as he serves an NCAA suspension for accepting a $427 airline ticket from an agent after he declared for the NFL Draft.
The NCAA explained its decision with a statement on Wednesday, July 29.
“NCAA rules are clear: student-athletes may not sign with agents to pursue NFL draft opportunities, and this student-athlete knowingly violated those longstanding rules,” the statement read. “When student-athletes violate NCAA rules, the school declares them ineligible and works with the national office to determine requirements for reinstatement, which can include repayment and/or withholding from competition.”
Carter, 21, initially declared for the draft after the 2025 season, but re-aggravated a foot injury during the pre-draft process and needed surgery. He decided at that point to return to the Volunteers for his senior season.
A suspension such as this one was commonplace in the NCAA before the name, image and likeness era, when the college sports organization championed amateurism and railed against athletes receiving any compensation related to what they do on the court or field.
Over the past half-decade, however, the line between amateur and professional has blurred considerably, with schools spending millions of dollars to compile their football and basketball rosters. Some star athletes have even opted to stay in college, rather than turn pro, because they can make more as the big man on campus than riding the bench in the NFL or NBA.
Tennessee football head coach Josh Heupel released a statement after the NCAA’s decision came down, praising Carter and voicing his displeasure with the suspension.
“Arion Carter represents everything that is right about college athletics, dedicating all four years of his career to the University of Tennessee,” Heupel said in a statement shared via the Vols’ social media accounts. “His high character, loyalty and leadership within our program are unmatched.
The statement continued, “We disagree with the NCAA’s ruling on punishing Arion with a multi-game suspension this fall. Arion made the right decision for his future health and well-being. He will proudly graduate from Tennessee in public health with Dean’s List honors in August. Our team stands behind AC and his family, and we can’t wait to be on the field with him during training camp next week.”
The Volunteers open the 2026 season on Saturday, September 5 at home against Furman University. Their second game is on the road against Georgia Tech. Tennessee is a projected fringe-top 25 team and will be favored in both games, even without Carter.

Tori Spelling Exits ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ Rewatch Podcast
Tori Spelling is closing the chapter on a project that allowed fans to relive one of television’s most beloved teen dramas.
The actress has officially stepped away from the “90210MG” rewatch podcast she co-hosted with former “Beverly Hills, 90210” castmate Jennie Garth, ending a partnership that revisited behind-the-scenes memories and iconic episodes from the hit series.
For Tori Spelling, the decision marks another turning point in a legacy closely tied to “Beverly Hills, 90210,” the cultural phenomenon that ran for 10 seasons and helped define teen television throughout the 1990s.

After confirming on Instagram Live that she was leaving to pursue other projects, Tori Spelling has officially announced her exit from the “90210MG” rewatch podcast. The actress invited fans to keep supporting the podcast as Jennie Garth continues with the rest of the show.
The departure comes while the co-hosts were recapping season eight of “Beverly Hills, 90210,” leaving two seasons of the iconic series still to cover. Although Spelling did not elaborate on her decision, she thanked listeners for their support and hinted that more projects are on the horizon.
Her announcement also sparked speculation among fans, with some questioning why the news was shared during a livestream instead of on the podcast itself. However, neither Spelling nor Garth has suggested there was any conflict surrounding the decision.
The Podcast Helped Keep The ‘90210’ Legacy Alive

Launched in 2020, “90210MG” reunited Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth decades after they starred together as Donna Martin and Kelly Taylor on “Beverly Hills, 90210.” The podcast quickly became a destination for longtime fans, blending episode recaps with behind-the-scenes stories from one of television’s defining teen dramas.
Over the years, the pair revisited memorable moments from the series while sharing personal memories from the set, including stories that made headlines well beyond the show’s original run.
One of the podcast’s most talked-about episodes featured Spelling recalling how future Oscar winner Hilary Swank was left in tears after learning she had been written off the series during its eighth season, according to Entertainment Weekly.
With Jennie Garth now continuing the podcast alone, Spelling’s departure marks the end of an era for the rewatch series, even as the final two seasons of “Beverly Hills, 90210” remain to be explored.
Tori Spelling Once Revealed The Hidden Insecurities Behind Donna Martin

Well before she retired from the “90210MG” podcast, Tori Spelling has been open about her insecurities as a “Beverly Hills, 90210” star. Viewers found Donna Martin confident, popular, and glamorous, but the actress admitted she was not as confident about how she saw herself.
Despite her starring role in one of the biggest shows on television, in a 2019 social media post, Spelling confessed to being “a young, really insecure teenager that never thought I was good enough. She said that she seemed like she was very confident in front of the camera, but not so sure off the camera, and that “perception is not always reality.
TODAY reported that Spelling later said she wished she had been kinder to her younger self and hoped her experience would encourage other young people, including her daughters, to embrace who they are rather than trying to meet others’ expectations.
Donna Martin’s Biggest Storyline Was Years In The Making

One of Donna Martin’s defining storylines was her decision to remain a virgin, a plot that lasted until season seven of “Beverly Hills, 90210.” While the storyline became one of the character’s trademarks, Tori Spelling admitted there came a point when she wanted Donna to move on.
Speaking on the “90210MG” podcast in 2025, Spelling said Donna’s virginity initially felt like “a badge of honor” because the character represented something meaningful to many viewers.
However, she eventually grew eager for the storyline to progress, explaining, “I kind of just want her to lose it. Like, what’s the next step?” She added that she was relieved when the long-running arc finally ended because it allowed the character to evolve beyond the same recurring plot.
PEOPLE also reported that Spelling later learned the decision to keep Donna a virgin for so many years largely came from her late father, legendary producer Aaron Spelling, who believed the character should remain that way. Looking back, the actress said she had long suspected the choice was influenced by her father, even if she had never known for certain.
Tori Spelling Continues Moving Forward Through Life’s Challenges

Stepping away from the “90210MG” podcast is only the latest change in a period of transition for Spelling. In recent months, the actress has remained in the public eye through both personal milestones and emotional moments, including paying tribute to former boyfriend Patrick Muldoon following his death.
Spelling also drew attention after stepping out in a sheer sequined outfit, sparking mixed reactions online, with some social media users criticizing the revealing look. In contrast, others defended her right to express herself. The Blast reported that the appearance quickly became a talking point, adding to the renewed spotlight surrounding the actress.

AnnaLynne McCord Is Crowdfunding Wedding to Danny Cipriani
AnnaLynne McCord and her fiancé, Danny Cipriani, launched a crowdfunding campaign to help cover the costs of their upcoming wedding.
A HuneyFund fundraising site for the soon-to-be newlyweds confirms that they will tie the knot in Los Angeles on October 22 — and they’ve taken a unique approach with their wedding registry.
Instead of listing potential gifts, the Days of Our Lives actress, 39, and her international rugby star beau, 38, are crowdsourcing costs associated with the nuptials. For example, they are asking for $100 to go towards their marriage license or $125 to contribute to music for their reception.
Among the high-dollar items on McCord and Cipriani’s wedding registry include paying $600 each for their wedding cake or floral arrangements, as well as the same amount for wedding venue construction. They have asked for $250 to go towards the reception’s catering and $200 for beverages.
Anyone interested in contributing can also give $300 to help pay for the wedding photographer or put $500 towards their rehearsal dinner.
“Help us create our dream wedding and honeymoon experience with any amount of donation,” they wrote on their registry.
Us has reached out to McCord’s spokesperson for comment.
In April, McCord revealed to People that Cipriani had popped the question on Christmas Day 2025 in front of her whole family.
“I cried for 10 minutes straight,” McCord recalled. “At some point, I realized I had to answer. I said, ‘Yes, but I can’t even speak,’ and he replied, ‘That’s OK, it’s actually a good sign that you are quiet for once.’ Then, we’re all laughing.”

McCord shared that she was initially planning to propose to the athlete last year before her siblings “strongly discouraged” her from doing so.
“It occurred to me that I should just propose to him and I told my sisters. Both really questioned this choice, and they strongly discouraged it,” she said. “I decided to tell him that was my plan, but then the look on his face convinced me not to, and he fessed up and told me he had plans to propose to me on our upcoming trip to Cambodia.”
Cipriani’s plans ultimately changed as he opted for a festive proposal with a 15-carat, emerald-cut diamond with seven round accent diamonds set in the band.
McCord and Cipriani originally dated from 2016 to 2020. In May 2024, the 90210 alum exclusively confirmed to Us that she’d recently gotten back together with the rugby player.
“I wasn’t looking for it at all. It kind of found me,” she told Us about her feelings for Cipriani. “It’s the most unlikely situation ever because I was with this person on and off for four years, and we were two shadows matching the shadow of the other person.”
She added, “Now we’re together and it’s new, but we are both showing up for ourselves in life. And because we can show up for ourselves, we’re matching each other on every level and we’re having painful conversations of where we were, because they’re honest and they’re real and I wouldn’t want anything else.”
Prior to her engagement to Cipriani, McCord dated Twilight’s Kellan Lutz from 2008 to 2010 and later was with Prison Break star Dominic Purcell from 2011 to 2014.

Stassi Schroeder Rethinks SI Return After Brutal Online Comments
Stassi Schroeder is reconsidering whether she wants to walk in another Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show after online trolls compared her body to SpongeBob SquarePants. The former “Vanderpump Rules” star said the criticism she received after modeling in this year’s runway presentation left her feeling insecure, despite how empowering she found the experience itself. Schroeder’s admission comes as her new Hulu series, “House of Stassi,” exposes another vulnerable area of her life: the growing disconnect in her marriage to Beau Clark.

Schroeder opened up about her runway experience during an appearance on Page Six Radio. “The first year was really amazing,” she told co-hosts Danny Murphy and Evan Real. “The second year, the trolls got to me.”
According to the reality star, social media users criticized her “rectangle” shape and compared her physique to the animated “SpongeBob SquarePants” character. Rather than entirely dismissing the comments, Schroeder conceded that the critics were “not wrong.” However, the personal attacks left her questioning whether she wants to expose herself to another wave of body commentary by participating in the show for a third consecutive year.
Schroeder made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway debut in 2025 before returning to the catwalk during Miami Swim Week in May. This year’s presentation also featured Alix Earle, Tiffany Haddish and Bethenny Frankel.
Reality Star Felt ‘Empowered’ On The Runway

Despite feeling “just a little insecure” after reading the online reactions, Schroeder still described the actual runway environment as overwhelmingly positive. “I love doing it, I feel so fucking empowered, the girls are so nice,” she said. “The atmosphere, the energy, it’s such a girl power vibe, and everyone’s there just lifting each other up. So, I really love doing it.”
Schroeder praised the other women involved for creating a supportive environment built around confidence rather than competition. That experience appears to be the main reason she has not completely ruled out returning, even though the negative feedback made her hesitant to put herself through the public scrutiny again.
Stassi Schroeder No Longer Believes Online Praise Or Hate

After more than a decade in the public eye, Schroeder said she has become “really good” at handling criticism. Although the body comparisons affected her, she insisted there are now only “few things” that can truly get under her skin. “If you believe all of the positive stuff you read, that means you have to believe all the negative stuff you read,” she explained. “So, I just don’t believe anything.”
Schroeder has also learned how quickly fans’ opinions of a public figure can shift. “One minute people love you, the next they hate you,” she said. “It’s all so fluid and it really doesn’t f-cking matter because people’s opinions are gonna change next week.”
Reality Star Has Spent Years Rebuilding Her Career

Schroeder is no stranger to intense public backlash. In 2020, Bravo fired her and longtime co-star Kristen Doute from “Vanderpump Rules” after their past racist actions involving former cast member Faith Stowers resurfaced. Schroeder had appeared on the series for eight seasons before her abrupt departure.
In the years since, she has focused on rebuilding her public career and expanding her life away from the Bravo franchise. She married Clark, welcomed daughter Hartford and son Messer, and became a New York Times bestselling author through “Next Level Basic” and “Off with My Head.”
Schroeder recently returned to reality television with Hulu’s “House of Stassi,” which follows her family and professional life. However, the new series has already revealed that her career comeback has brought additional pressure into her home.
Beau Clark Feels ‘Angry And Resentful’ In Their Marriage

During the “House of Stassi” premiere, Clark became emotional while discussing his role as a stay-at-home father and the distance he feels from his wife. The couple shares five-year-old Hartford and two-year-old Messer, while Schroeder has become the household’s primary breadwinner through her show, podcast, and brand partnerships.
“I’m trying to balance wanting her to have her space and to be able to not stress out when she’s working,” Clark shared. “But then also I’m sitting here, and I’m angry and resentful.”
Clark acknowledged that he had been “shoving it down” instead of speaking openly to Schroeder about his frustration. That avoidance gradually caused him to feel increasingly disconnected from her. “I just got so detached from her that it’s like we’re roommates. I don’t feel worthy,” he confessed.
Clark broke down in tears while discussing the emotional toll of their current arrangement.

Bold and the Beautiful: Dylan Star Shocks Fans – Could She Become the Next Steffy?
Bold and the Beautiful fans, we have got some new info about Miss Dylan (Sydney Bullock) coming straight from a new interview with actress Sydney Bullock where she hinted she could be the new Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
We’ll get into exactly what Sydney said and what that means for her character storylines. It’s We’re going to talk about how Dylan might soon take a page out of Steffy’s playbook to get what she wants.
Bold and the Beautiful: Sydney Bullock Drops Hint
Now, let’s talk about what we can expect to see from Dylan. So recently, Sydney Bullock was on a podcast and she was talking about her character. And in the interview, the Dylan actress said that she is currently watching season 24 of Bold and the Beautiful because she had a meeting with headwriter Brad Bell.
And he mentioned that there’s a character in season 24 similar to the character of Dylan, or rather a character in season 24 that’s similar to what Dylan is going to grow into. So, Sydney Bullock said she wanted to do her research. That’s why she’s watching season 24 because Brad Bell pointed her to it.
So, I just took a look back at what happened in season 24 because it’s been a minute, right? So, there was a lot that went on. A lot of it to do with Steffy versus Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). That was in the early stages of the love triangle with those two fighting over Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
And given what’s going on now with Dylan, that makes perfect sense. But the big question is whether Brad Bell is going to be writing Dylan as the Hope character or the Steffy character because clearly this is a brand new love triangle. And Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) obviously would be the new Liam Spencer in this three-way dynamic.
Bold and Beautiful: Dylan Following Steffy’s Playbook
Back in season 24, Steffy was pushing hard to get Liam, who was in love with somebody else. He was in love with Hope. And we’re getting those vibes right now with Will insisting he’s still in love with Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace). And Dylan is doing all she can to make Will her man. So, back in season 24, that was 2010, 2011, and it was fresh off Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) choosing Katie Logan (Heather Tom) over Steffy, and she was crushed.
Then she slipped in her bathtub, she fell, she hit her head, she almost drowned, but Liam found her and gave her CPR and saved her life. And at the time, Liam was very much with Hope. But I think at that point, they hadn’t slept together yet. But after Liam saved her, then Steffy developed a deep attraction to Liam. Think about that in terms of Will and Dylan. When she was homeless, Will rescued her. And this week, Dylan told both Jessica and Electra that Will literally saved her.
Bold and the Beautiful: Bill Plots with Dylan?
After Liam saved Steffy and she decided to pursue him, that’s when it really intensified and started building that long-running rivalry with Hope. And then later that year, Steffy seduced Liam and Hope caught them kissing and she left her engagement ring behind. And then with Liam on the rebound, he proposed to Steffy.
That was when Liam and Steffy got married in Aspen while a distraught Hope watched while locked in a gondola. If you don’t remember, Bill was plotting with Steffy and he helped trap Hope to keep her away so that Steffy could marry Liam. So, she was stuck up there and Hope had to watch them get married from above.
Now, this is pretty interesting because I could totally see Bill getting involved with Dylan, who is trying to win Will the same way that happened with Steffy and Liam. But back in the day, Bill thought Steffy would be better for Liam than prudish Hope.
And now, I can see Bill wanting Dylan with Will. We’ve seen Bill say that Will needs to move on. He doesn’t like what Electra put Will through with all the nonsense, saying he was lying about work secrets. However, that will put Bill at odds with Katie, who told Will not to give up on Electra. I honestly thought it was not good advice from Katie.

Dylan’s Transformation and Sabotage on B&B
Back in season 24, this was the hard launch for the long-running Steffy, Liam, and Hope triangle that has mercifully finally ended after going on for way too long. And this was the same season, if I recall correctly, where Steffy sabotaged Hope at a Hope for the Future fashion show.
Steffy tampered with the sign so it read ho for the future. It was funny but mean. Given that Electra’s got a jewelry line that does launches, we could see Dylan getting really mischievous and tampering with an Electra jewelry launch to make Electra look bad or embarrass her the same way that Steffy did to Hope.
And it sounds like based on what actress Sydney said, we could see Brad Bell taking Dylan in the same direction he took Steffy because based on season 24, she doesn’t fit the mold of where Hope was. So that would be kind of wild because Dylan started out really sweet, really genuine. Even now, she truly cares about Will and wants what’s best for him.
Meanwhile, Electra to me feels more like Steffy at this point because Electra is bullying Dylan and Electra is bossing her around again, telling her what she can and can’t do, can and can’t date. And that sounds much more like what Steffy did with Hope back in the day and all the way until now. But Brad Bell does what he wants. So, you know, I think he’s taking Dylan in that Steffy direction.
Bold and the Beautiful: Dylan’s Getting Tougher
And we’re already seeing a change in Dylan. When Electra told her that she can’t date Will, she didn’t just roll over and take it. Dylan really stood up to Electra and she reminded her she’s the one who made this choice. She dumped Will more than once. And Dylan also reminded her a couple of days ago, Electra told Will she’ll never be with him again.
So Dylan made the valid point that if Electra and Will are never going to be together, why should Dylan sit this out? Why should she miss out on a chance to be with Will, a guy that she really likes?
And Dylan reminded Electra she has her own history with Will. And Dylan showed a whole lot of sass and that could foreshadow some Steffy 2.0 sort of attitude where Dylan’s ready to fight, maybe even ready to fight dirty.
Electra was super mad. Tried to pull the whole sisters before misters card. Then told Dylan that she and Will took her in. That’s not true. Electra didn’t live with Will and that wasn’t her house. And Electra wasn’t the one that offered to let Dylan stay there. That was all Will’s doing.
And before Dylan even unpacked one sock in the room above his garage, Electra was up there being a nasty bully. She terrorized Dylan and threatened to put her back on the streets if Electra felt like Dylan put one foot out of line. So, after this showdown, when Electra called Dylan the B-word, I think all bets are off.
Katie’s Advice and Electra’s Ultimatums on B&B
Problem is, just as Will realized he needed to find a way to let Electra go, his mom Katie came in with that terrible advice. I don’t know what’s the point of her telling Will to chase Electra because that girl will never make Will her priority. She will always try and run his life and Electra expects him to violate his loyalty to his family for her in ways that make no sense.
She’s never shown Will a moment of grace and always thinks the worst of Will in every situation. But Katie encouraged Will. So by the end of this week, he goes to see Electra and Will’s asking for them to reunite. But I’m sure Electra won’t get back with him because of Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Eric Forrester (John McCook) and R.J. Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) pressuring her about who she can date.
And I do wonder if Electra tries to tell Will that he cannot date Dylan. So Electra may try and pull some of that ultimatum stuff she likes to do. She didn’t get anywhere with Dylan, so she might try it with Will. I’m pretty excited about this if they’re going to make Dylan more devilish like Steffy was back in the day. So, definitely sounds to me like Dylan, Will, and Electra are the new Steffy, Liam, and Hope. And maybe R.J. is supposed to be the new Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). We’ll see.

Jen Hamilton Says She Doesn’t ‘Know Everything’ About Ex’s Double Life
Influencer Jen Hamilton admitted that there are still some questions left unanswered about her estranged husband Brian Hamilton’s “double life” – a discovery that ultimately led to the couple’s split.
“Me, now? Me, big, strong girl. Okay? Me, independent girl. Me, ‘don’t need no man’ girl. Me, ‘get out of bad relationship’ girl. But I feel like I need to get out ahead of something,” Jen, 35, told Instagram followers on Wednesday, July 29. “If anything comes out about other things this guy’s done in my marriage, just listen. Me, now? Me, big, strong girl. Me, independent girl. Me, back then? Me, insecure girl. Me, desperate girl.”
The Birth Vibes: Stories and Strategies for an Empowered Birth author announced in June that she and Brian had separated after “15 years of shared history.” She has since accused Brian of living “a double life with a woman who was 56 years old.” (Brian has not responded to Jen’s accusations.)
“Yes, he had a double life with a woman who was 56 years old. Yes, I should have left him way earlier — giving myself grace,” Jen told Instagram followers on Monday, July 27. “I am so fortunate to have the means and resources to leave a bad relationship. There are so many women who are unable to do so, whether from finances, resources, etc.”
In her latest video, Jen acknowledged that there may be aspects of Brian’s alleged “double life” that she isn’t even aware of yet.
“I needed me, now, back then,” she said. “The thing is, I know some stuff, but, girl, I guarantee you I don’t know everything. And the stuff I do know, I’m embarrassed about.”
Offering advice to anyone feeling “desperate” and “insecure,” Jen suggested, “You can borrow some of my not scaredness. I needed me, now, then, because baby, it does not get better. Do you hear me? It does not get better. It gets sneakier.”
“I wish to God that I could say I was strong enough to leave at the first situation. Nah,” she conceded. “But, looking back, I don’t regret loving him as much as I did. Because I love really hard and I don’t want that to change about me. I don’t regret seeing the best in him because I try to see the best in everybody. But, for me, it had to be this bad. It had to be this bad because I love that man so much.”

In the wake of her split, Jen launched a signature fashion line Sisterhood of Solidarity, where “100 percent of the proceeds will go to charities that help women rebuild their lives.” The brand features T-shirts and other apparel with “girl power” slogans such as “I Survived,” “Choosing Myself Today,” and “G.Y.A.U. (Get Your Ass Up).” (Jen is also donating proceeds from all merchandise sold on her website to women’s charities through the end of August.)
The influencer confirmed earlier this week that she has no intention of dropping Hamilton as her last name, arguing that it has become synonymous with her brand and advocacy.
“It’s my name now,” she insisted via Instagram on Monday. “I made this name special and I’m gonna keep it.”
Jen and Brian got married in August 2012 and share two sons, Ellis and Luke.
