Meghan Markle is surrounding herself with familiar faces and friends after moving back to the U.K. with husband Prince Harry.

Meghan, 45, was photographed for the first time since her return to England on Monday, September 21, at The Three Horseshoes near Burford, Oxfordshire.

The Suits alum was seen meeting up with Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, in new photos published by Page Six.

Meghan opted for a casual look during her first public outing, wearing white jeans, matching white sneakers and a sky blue button down shirt. She let her brown locks flow naturally and added sunglasses to finish off her ensemble.

In one snap, Markle was seen greeting DeGeneres, 68, who relocated to the U.K. in 2024, while she carried a black jacket in her arm.

Meghan was followed by a security guard, who appeared to be carrying a light blue tote bag that belonged to the Duchess of Sussex.

Meghan’s pub sighting comes less than two months after Us confirmed that she and Harry, 42, planned to move back to England with their two children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, following their decision to step down from royal duties in January 2020. (Meghan and Harry had been living in Montecito, California, since mid-2020.)

News broke on August 26 that the family of four had touched down in the U.K. in time for Archie and Lilibet to start the school year.

A few weeks later, Hello! reported that the young royals had switched schools after just two days following security concerns.

“The decision for the children to move school was taken following a discussion with the family’s security team about the practicalities of their current arrangements,” a spokesperson for Harry and Meghan told the publication on September 14. “The parents remain extremely grateful to all the teachers and staff for the love, care and effort they have shown their family. This decision should in no way be interpreted as a reflection on the school or the exceptional care the children have received there.”

A few days earlier, Meghan gave her followers a rare glimpse at how her loved ones were adapting to life across the pond.

The actress shared a video on September 12 walking in the British countryside with Harry, captioning the clip with a union jack and red heart emoji.

Meghan included footage of her children fishing with their father and running and biking in the countryside as they embraced their new surroundings. She also showed one of the kids relaxing by a fire while she stomped around in her wellies in the rain.

The As Ever founder also paid tribute to Harry on September 15 in honor of his birthday.

“He’s simply the best,” Meghan captioned a video via Instagram on the prince’s special day. “Happy birthday, my love ❤️.”

Sylvester Stallone is addressing President Donald Trump’s surprise decision to appoint him as a special ambassador to Hollywood.

“Well, it just happened. I was watching TV one night, and they go, ‘So Stallone and Mel Gibson and Jon Voight will be …’ And I went, ‘What?’” Stallone, 80, recalled to The Sunday Times in an interview published Sunday, September 20. “I said, ‘Excuse me? Really?’ Because if they had asked me in the beginning, I would have said, ‘This is not possible.’”

In January 2025, Trump, 80, named Stallone, Voight, 87, and Gibson, 70, as “Special Envoys to me for the purpose of bringing Hollywood, which has lost much business over the last four years to Foreign Countries, BACK — BIGGER, BETTER AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!”

At the time, the president said the three actors “will be my eyes and ears” in Hollywood and that he “will get done what they suggest.”

Stallone said he told Trump that the ambassadorship was “impossible” and that he would have rejected the title “if they had asked me in the beginning.”

“Hollywood, I guess it’s like feudal states. They have their little kingdoms,” the actor explained. “You don’t go in and tell six studios how to do things. And Mel Gibson and Jon Voight, we’re kind of do-our-own-thing people. No, it won’t work.”

Stallone continued, “I said, ‘Thank you and ciao’ because it’s impossible. Hollywood works and it will evolve. It’s corporate and corporate people won’t want to hear me tell them about finance.”

Although Stallone has publicly supported Trump and previously introduced him at a Mar-a-Lago party following his 2024 re-election, The Steps author has endorsed politicians from multiple parties.

As he explained, “I am not a political animal. I’m almost a political atheist.”

In a separate interview with The Hollywood Reporter earlier this month, Voight was asked if there will be another golden age in Hollywood.

The actor said he was working to improve the industry during Trump’s term.

“If we get on an even keel with the rest of the world’s tax benefits, if we get that break, there’s going to be an explosion of energy,” he shared. “It will be immediate. As someone mentioned, our business is a shovel-ready business. They will call people tomorrow, people will be getting ready immediately. [Then] it affects the communities they’re working in. Is it going to come back? Yes, I think it’s going to.”

Let’s jump in. Monday, September 21st on The Young and the Restless. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) talks business with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and reminds her they need Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver)’s patents as soon as possible. Nikki’s really looking forward to competing with Jabot, but plans to keep it strictly professional. Of course, Victor is a concern for both Nikki and Victoria, but Nikki thinks Victor will behave. I don’t agree.

Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) talk to Kyle about Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk). Then, Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) calls to say the cops still can’t find Patty and that worries Diane. She’s afraid Patty’s going to target them. Nikki shows up and Diane is annoyed when Jack welcomes Nikki into their home. She came to tell Jack she’s launching Vibrante on Valentine’s Day. That seems a little too soon to Jack.

And then Diane starts ranting at Nikki about Victor unleashing Patty on them again. Diane also thinks Nikki is going to go after Jabot. Nikki leaves and Diane loses it on Jack, accusing him of choosing Nikki over her. Victoria gets a call from Kyle to set up another sexy motel meeting. And Nikki pops up and sees Victoria looking flustered and wonders if she’s sick. Well, what she is actually hot and bothered because of Kyle.

Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is telling Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) about her chat with Sally, where Chelsea was able to ease Sally’s fears about motherhood a bit. Chelsea and Sally both want to put their messy past behind them. Now, Adam thinks that is great, but he also tells her that it’s just not possible for him and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Adam says there’s always going to be an enemies vibe between them.

Elsewhere, Sally tells Billy about her interaction with Chelsea, and Sally stuns Billy when she says she’d like to see Chelsea as one of her bridesmaids. Sally knows it’s a little odd, but she really wants to bury the hatchet. And Billy says pretty much the same thing Adam did. They are never going to be on good terms. Billy is never going to get past the role Adam played in Delia’s death years ago. But Billy is on board with Sally being friends with Chelsea and her being in the wedding as long as Adam’s not there.

So, Chelsea gets a call from Sally to meet. So Adam takes off and Chelsea’s first thought is she upsets Sally, but she promises Chelsea that is not the case. Sally instead asked Chelsea to be her bridesmaid and she says yes, but they are just a little worried about how Adam and Audra are going to react to this huge development.

Billy and Adam cross paths and take shots at each other. Billy stuns Adam with the news that Sally wants Chelsea to be a bridesmaid. Billy makes it clear that Adam is not invited to the wedding, but he tells Billy he will be there if Chelsea asks him, and Billy warns Adam not to ruin Sally’s wedding day.

Y&R Spoilers: Matt Puzzles Phyllis

Tuesday, September 22nd on The Young and the Restless. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is confused by Matt Clark (Roger Howarth)’s change of heart. She is at Matt’s motel room door looking a little annoyed. He told Phyllis he was going to leave town and take Patty with him so everybody would be safe from Patty. And yet here we have Matt still in Genoa City.

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) define their relationship. They are getting closer but are going to take a short pause because Vivica Fox is soon going out to shoot a movie. Stephanie will be back very soon and then she is going to resume this romance with Nate. They’ve already been intimate and things are going to move forward very soon.

Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) is hit with a painful reminder of her troubled past. So, this reminder is about her psycho great aunt Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) who killed herself. That was back in January 2025 when she intentionally drank poisoned tea. So, Claire’s looking at her phone and Victoria asks, “What is wrong?” Claire says she’s back. Aunt Jordan strikes again. I loved Colleen Zenk on The Young and the Restless, but I do hope that Claire’s crazy aunt is not coming back from the dead. Fans would flip. Fortunately, The Young and the Restless really doesn’t do a whole lot of resurrections.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Cane Steps Up

Wednesday, September 23rd on The Young and the Restless. Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) goes to great lengths for Billy. We know Cane and Billy are sort of brothers, so I wonder if Cane might offer to let Kyle and Jack throw Billy’s bachelor party at the GCAC. Maybe Sally’s bachelorette, too. Cane may even offer to cover the cost.

Audra is blindsided by Sally, so she tells her that Chelsea is going to take Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) place as a bridesmaid. Audra is going to flip and give Sally a harsh warning. Audra says she’s in Sally’s corner, but Audra doesn’t want Sally to make this huge mistake for Chelsea. You know, we’re going to see Adam make this sacrifice. And he tells Chelsea he supports her being Sally’s bridesmaid and said he will stay home from the wedding so he doesn’t make things awkward for Sally or cause a scene with Billy.

Young and Restless Spoilers: Kyle Surprises Victoria

Thursday, September 24th, Victoria is kept on her toes by Kyle. So, he and Victoria meet up for some more sexy time at the motel. And I suspect Victoria is doing something with her toes because Kyle is in control this time. Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) eases up on Phyllis. I suspect this has something to do with Matt and Phyllis wanting to prove he’s a good guy now.

Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) makes a much needed visit. The fall preview says Ashley and Tracy have differing opinions of Sally. So, I wonder if it’s Ashley that doesn’t care for Sally or the other way around. Tracy shows up at Billy and Sally’s place and Billy ask what Tracy’s doing there and if everything’s okay. And she wants Billy to tell her if something is wrong. So, we’ll see what’s on Tracy’s mind.

Y&R Spoilers: Jack’s Vow & Nick’s Dilemma

Friday, September 25th on The Young and the Restless, we have got Victor helping Nikki get ready for success. This is with Vibrante. But I’m also sure this is just a way for Victor to target Jabot. Jack makes a vow to Diane, and we may see Jack promising Diane he’ll put her feelings above his friendship with Nikki, but come on, Jack isn’t going to do that.

Also, Nick asks for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case)’s help with a difficult decision. I don’t think it’s work related because Nick already talked Newman business with the family. I tend to think this might be about Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow). So, we may see Nick asking Sharon about his thoughts, wondering if he should go look for Marie because he is worried about her.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Matt Stays or Goes?

Then the week of September 28th through October 2nd on The Young and the Restless, we’re going to see if Matt decides to stay in Genoa City and if he is going to fully commit to Phyllis. But I think Patty is going to be an ongoing issue. Victoria and Kyle keep sneaking around, but we know that somebody’s going to bust them.

We’ll find out what kind of reminder that Claire gets about Jordan. And we may see Nick trying to track Marie down, which I bet Nick’s family does not want. We’ll see what Psycho Patty’s next move is and who she targets first. Sally and Billy keep preparing for their wedding as it gets closer and closer. Also, there’s been talk of a Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) recast, so I’m going to keep an eye on that for you guys.

Plus, Diane really struggles with her worries about Patty being a threat and also Victor and Nikki being a threat to Jabot and to the Abbotts and specifically to Jack. Also, I think we are going to see Victor plotting against Jabot. I think he’s gonna find a way to weaponize Vibrante and I think he’s going to do all of this behind Nikki’s back. And Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) is back soon because Cait Fairbanks is taping again.

‘Fleabag’ (2016–2019)

A dark comedy series created by, written by, and starring Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Fleabag is adapted from her one-woman show and follows the titular 30-something. The show follows her life as a single woman living in London, exploring her personal, professional, and romantic struggles, as well as her grief over the deaths of her mother and her best friend/business partner. Besides Waller-Bridge, the show also stars Sian Clifford, Andrew Scott, Olivia Colman, Brett Gelman, Fiona Shaw, Kristin Scott Thomas, and more in notable roles.

Presented in a self-referential first-person narrative, Fleabag shares a darkly humorous perspective on loss, heartbreak, shame, and complicated family dynamics. Cheeky and wickedly funny, the show tackles painful themes with greater heart than most serious dramas, delivering a powerful and wholesome experience. Masterfully written and performed, the series is widely acknowledged as one of the greatest TV shows of the past decade, earning several accolades and universal acclaim.

Hey Big Brother fans, looks like Rick Devens‘ HOH came to an abrupt end today because of the pharaoh’s curse and his Head of Household run is official done. The veto ceremony happened with Drew Campbell using his medal, a renom and then the abrupt elimination of one of the final five.

Let’s get into all of that including live feeds fun and what’s happening next in Big Brother 28. Plus, we also expect to get a new Head of Household result later today, but so far, the feeds are still down so that comp’s not playing out yet.

Big Brother: Yash and Dee are Targets

First, for what it is worth, you saw Melody Morris‘s Diary Room session on Sunday’s episode saying she’s fine getting Yash Patel or Dee Valladares out. Both are big targets. That played out intercut with the scenes discussing who she’d renom.

She was debating Drew vs Yash. But here’s something to consider. Those Diary Room sessions taped AFTER the double eviction. Because they only had moments on Thursday’s live show for the conversations, then Melody renommed Yash.

Then, Yash was voted out and went to meet Julie Chen Moonves. Everything Melody said was with the benefit of hindsight. Those DR sessions taped post-show on Thursday so they were still in the same outfits as the live eviction.

Then, they were edited to intersperse with the scenes of Melody chatting frantically with a pleading Taylor Brown to make it seems like Melody was fine with however it went.

It’s true that Yash and Dee are both big targets but also, Melody seemed to really believe that Drew would vote like they wanted to evict Dee. But she and Devens used their icon mojo to sway him to stay on the dark side with them.

And Drew stayed loyal to them over Melody. Not that it matters much, but the way Big Brother edits thing is a bit misleading if you’re a casual who doesn’t stay current on the life feeds.

Like how the DRs that air during the comps on the episodes are all filmed later. This is hard core evidence of scripting, but it’s whatever. Reality shows are never real. That being said, rigging and scripting aren’t the same thing.

Big Brother 28: Hairbrush Swiped Again

Okay, so now, live feeds fun. Dee showed Drew where she hid his hairbrush in the pool and he showed Dee where he hid her sunglasses. And then on Sunday night, the houseguests got an alcohol delivery.

They got five beers – one each – plus a bottle of wine. This was the last hurrah before Monday’s early eviction. We also had Dee making a F2 deal with Drew. And Dee also made one with Taylor.

Plus, we had Dee and Devens reaffirming their final two deal which neither seems likely to stick to. But CBS might like to see a Survivor final two of Dee sitting next to Devens. I don’t think Julie would like it.

Off the feeds, Jason DePuy got himself a brand new wig and cut it into a skullet. Yash inspired obviously. He called it a drag skullet. Jason said he’s selling it and bidding starts at $50k.

Speaking of pre-jurors, Kamu Kirk‘s asking for people to vote for Yash and Taylor for AFP. Also, Survivor 50 winner and Big Brother 28 final four Dee clocked herself. With Drew snapping pics, Dee climbed up on the dining room table time machine while he took pics with the selfie phone production gave them.

Also on the live feeds, Drew maybe got a goodbye kiss because he and Melody were in his pod bed last night and they were laughing, giggling. Not for that long and the lights were on.

Big Brother: Egyptian Eviction Results

In Big Brother 27, by the way, at Final 5, they kept the feeds down for more than seven hours while they did the veto ceremony, renom, with that weird mastermind voodoo doll thing and then rolled into the HOH comp.

And the feeds came back up with one less houseguest. Keanu was ousted, and a new HOH. This year, we didn’t get the all at once treatment. But when the feeds came back up, Drew had played his veto medallion.

Looks like Taylor was the renom. Doesn’t really matter though because in the end, Melody was packed off to jury house to join Barrett, Yash, Angela and Lala.

Melody Leaves the BB28 House without Fanfare

Melody didn’t even get to pause and talk to Julie or see goodbye videos. And Melody should be the last one officially sent to the jury house because they are down to the final four and the sixth juror should meet them at the jury round table.

And of course the seventh juror will join them as they are sitting in those jury chairs right before they vote on the winner. Drew wasn’t taking chances when he played his veto. Rightly so, because Dee might’ve blindsided Devens and evicted Drew.

Then, the feeds went back down and when they came up, Devens is going to be evicted – not from Big Brother 28 but from his HOH room because a new HOH will be crowned.

And whichever of them is Head of Household will likely target each other. Unless Taylor wins, she’s headed back to the block. They need to just give her a bungee cord because Devens just had her there last week.

Movie theaters spent most of the 2010s convinced nobody wanted to sit through a three-hour movie about ancient history or physics, and then this decade just started throwing them out anyway, one after another, and audiences actually showed up. Something shifted, whether it’s directors finally getting the budget and trust to go big again, or people just wanting an actual story to leave the house for.

These ten all commit to that scale completely. You will experience real armies, real deserts, real historical weight, a lot less CGI and a lot more thrill. There were packed theaters, IMAX screenings sold out weeks in advance, some of these made an absurd amount of money as well. So, let’s have a look at what you can watch with your family and friends this week, preferably on a big screen.

‘The Northman’ (2022)

This is a revenge story stripped down to a primal, no modern moral commentary. It is about a Viking prince named Amleth (Alexander Skarsgård) who watched his father get murdered as a kid and spends the rest of his life burning to get even. Robert Eggers researched actual Norse rituals and language so deeply that the movie sometimes feels like an anthropological reconstruction with a plot attached.

Nicole Kidman plays his mother, and the twist involving her role in the original murder recontextualizes basically everything Amleth thought he knew about his own family. There’s a single extended tracking shot during a village raid that never cuts away once, and it’s brutal enough that you almost forget how technically difficult it must have been to actually pull off.

‘Dune’ (2021)

Denis Villeneuve only adapted half of the original novel here, and the movie is confident enough in its own pacing to let that be the whole point, this is a setup, not a complete story, and it never pretends otherwise. Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) spends the film slowly realizing the weight of a destiny he never asked for, while his family gets set up by a political trap they don’t see coming.

Hans Zimmer’s score leans on invented instruments and processed vocal chanting instead of a normal orchestra, and it makes the whole planet of Arrakis sound as alien as it looks. The sandworms were built using a mix of practical elements and digital work, and the scale of them on screen still creates a kind of dread that CGI monsters usually can’t manage.

‘RRR’ (2022)

Two real historical Indian revolutionaries get reimagined here as fictional best friends who don’t yet know they’re on opposing sides of the same fight against British colonial rule, and the film uses that friendship to build some of the most purely joyful, over-the-top action sequences ever put on screen. At one point a man lifts a motorcycle over his head and fights off a truck full of soldiers with it.

S.S. Rajamouli directs a three-hour movie that does not feel like it’s dragging, because there’s a real emotional core underneath everything, two men who actually love each other like brothers. The musical number “Naatu Naatu” won the Oscar for Best Original Song, and it deserves that just by being one of the most purely fun dance sequences in any movie from this decade.

‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ (2023)

This is based on the real murders of Osage Nation members in the 1920s, killed for the oil rights under their own land, and Martin Scorsese restructured the whole project midway through development to focus on the toxic marriage at the center of it. Ernest Burkhart (Leonardo DiCaprio) marries Mollie (Lily Gladstone), an Osage woman, while quietly helping orchestrate the murder of her own family members for money.

William Hale (Robert De Niro) plays the local power broker pulling most of the strings, presenting himself publicly as a friend to the Osage people while doing the exact opposite behind closed doors. The film runs three and a half hours, and it uses almost every minute of it to show how slow and how normalized this kind of violence actually was at the time.

‘The Batman’ (2022)

This version of Batman (Robert Pattinson) barely feels like a superhero movie at all, it plays closer to a grim detective noir with a guy in a bat costume following clues left behind by a serial killer. Matt Reeves almost the entire film soaked in rain and shadow, and Nirvana’s “Something in the Way” becomes this recurring, mournful theme that fits a billionaire orphan better than any triumphant superhero score ever has.

The Riddler (Paul Dano), styled like an internet conspiracy, and he ends up being disturbing to the core. Selina Kyle (Zoë Kravitz) gives the movie its only real warmth, and at just under three hours, the film never feels bloated, because it commits so fully to its own mood without trying to rush toward the next action beat.

‘Napoleon’ (2023)

Ridley Scott stages the Battle of Austerlitz around a frozen lake that cracks apart under retreating soldiers, and when historians pointed out how inaccurate parts of the movie are, Scott’s public response was basically to ask if they were personally there to know better. Napoleon (Joaquin Phoenix) comes across like an awkward, insecure man who happens to be extremely good at war.

Josephine (Vanessa Kirby) gets just as much focus as any of the battles, and their relationship, obsessive and strange in equal measure, ends up being the actual emotional throughline of the movie. An extended cut released later runs almost an hour longer than the theatrical version, and it fills in a lot of character motivation the shorter cut leaves oddly blank.

‘Gladiator II’ (2024)

This one is by Ridley Scott as well. He waited over two decades to make this sequel, and the wait shows how confident he was with the script. The storyline has a Colosseum naval battle stocked with actual sharks, based loosely on real Roman naval reenactments but pushed into something far more ridiculous on purpose. Lucius (Paul Mescal) gets revealed as Maximus’s son partway through, which ties the whole story directly back to the original film.

Macrinus (Denzel Washington) steals nearly every scene he’s in as a former slave turned power broker who’s clearly enjoying every second of manipulating people around him. General Acacius (Pedro Pascal) provides most of the film’s actual moral conflict, a soldier who’s grown tired of an empire he still has to serve, and the film is at its best whenever it slows down enough to let him actually wrestle with that.

‘Dune: Part Two’ (2024)

The Harkonnen homeworld gets shot entirely under a black sun using infrared camera techniques, turning the whole gladiator arena sequence into stark black and white with occasional flashes of white fire. It’s one of the most visually striking things in any blockbuster this decade. Feyd-Rautha (Austin Butler) shows up in that arena as the most purely terrifying antagonist the franchise has had so far, shaved head, dead eyes, and an eerie stillness to every move he makes.

Paul (Timothée Chalamet) rides his first sandworm in a sequence built almost entirely with practical rigs instead of CGI, and you can feel the actual physical strain in how the scene is shot. Denis Villeneuve finishes adapting the first novel here, and the back half of the story turns considerably darker than the first movie let on, prophecy, holy war, and the cost of becoming exactly the kind of leader Paul always said he didn’t want to be.

‘Oppenheimer’ (2023)

Christopher Nolan shot large sections of this movie on a specially developed black-and-white IMAX film stock that had never been used for a feature before, splitting the story between Oppenheimer’s (Cillian Murphy) subjective color timeline and a colder, black-and-white timeline following Lewis Strauss (Robert Downey Jr.) years later. The Trinity test detonation was built entirely with practical effects, no CGI, and the sequence still manages to feel frightening as hell.

Nolan structures the whole three-hour runtime like a slow-building courtroom drama. He jumps between timelines until everything Oppenheimer helped create finally catches up with him. It swept nearly every major award that year, and unlike a lot of awards-season sweeps, people go back and rewatch it, which isn’t something you can say about most three-hour dramas about physics and government.

‘The Odyssey’ (2026)

Another one of Nolan’s masterpieces. He actually follows up Oppenheimer with a straight adaptation of Homer’s actual epic poem, and he shot the entire thing on IMAX film cameras, no digital cutaways anywhere in the mix. Odysseus (Matt Damon) spends the whole story trying to get home after the Trojan War ends, while his son, Telemachus (Tom Holland), grows increasingly desperate back in Ithaca as suitors circle his mother, Penelope (Anne Hathaway), assuming his father is already dead.

Athena (Zendaya) guides Telemachus toward proof that his father’s still alive, and Antinous (Robert Pattinson), the most aggressive of Penelope’s suitors, spends the back half of the movie plotting to have Telemachus killed before Odysseus can make it home to stop him. The film made over a billion and a half dollars worldwide and pulled in some of the strongest reviews of Nolan’s career, proof that a three-hour movie based on a three-thousand-year-old poem can still turn into the biggest event of the summer.

The social media star has revealed that a famous admirer tried to convince her to go on a date, but the conversation took a much more surprising turn.

According to Pregiato, the mystery admirer offered her $5,000 if she agreed to the date, but she still wasn’t interested.

Then came an offer she definitely wasn’t expecting. “Five thousand dollars was already insane to me, so when he came back with $20,000, I almost dropped my phone,” Pregiato told The Blast. “I remember just staring at it like, ‘There’s no way this is a real conversation I’m having right now.’”

The escalation meant an extra $15,000 was suddenly on the table simply for changing her answer.

Yet, Pregiato says the bigger number did the opposite of what her admirer apparently intended.

The $20K Offer Only Made Pregiato Want To Say No More

For someone whose career largely exists online, Kira Pregiato is accustomed to attention from strangers. That, she explained, is very different from attaching a dollar figure to dating.

“If anything, the second offer made me want to say no even more,” she said. “I love my fans and I think it’s really cool that people want to meet me, but dating is different. Famous or not, once money gets involved, it kind of takes the fun out of it.”

Pregiato can laugh about the surreal exchange months later, but she has no intention of revealing one part of the story.

“I’m definitely not saying who it was,” she told The Blast. “I’ll just say I was very surprised to see his name pop up on my phone.”

One account with 8.9 million followers offered the rapper $15,000 simply to have a conversation over the phone or Instagram, according to Complex. Azalea hid the person’s identity while showing followers just how unusual celebrity DMs could become.

Influencer Camilla Araújo later described a different kind of uncomfortable encounter. She told Complex in 2025 that a married New York Giants player messaged her after her rise online.

Araújo said the player deleted the messages and blocked her after she discussed the interaction publicly, though she also declined to identify him.

Country singer Hannah Dasher offered another example in August. During an appearance on the “Like a Farmer” podcast, she acknowledged receiving an unusual DM from a celebrity who was both famous and married, then deliberately kept his name private.

When Fox held an open casting call for its “Baywatch” revival, fans began campaigning for Pregiato to audition because they had already been comparing her to Pamela Anderson.

Sports Illustrated reported that Pregiato said her inbox became “genuinely out of control,” with followers tagging her in casting announcements and sending clips encouraging her to pursue a role.

The fan campaign wasn’t happening around a small production. The Los Angeles Times reported that roughly 2,000 hopefuls attended the in-person audition, while about 14,000 applications were submitted for the reboot.

New details have emerged after Preston Gerber‘s death at age 27.

The Santa Monica Police Department tells Us that officers responded to a call regarding a possible overdose at 9:35 am local time on Sunday, September 20. Authorities found an unresponsive adult male at the scene.

“The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has identified the individual as Presley Gerber, 27,” the statement continues. “SMPD detectives are investigating the death as a suspected overdose. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner released its own statement on Monday, confirming, “The investigation is still ongoing and there is limited information available. Death was pronounced at 09:45 hours on September 20, 2026, by responding paramedics. The Santa Monica Police Department is the investigating law enforcement agency.”

News broke on Sunday that the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber had died, with his family noting in a statement to Us, “The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time.”

A young mother in Texas was arrested after she allegedly offered to give her 1-month-old son to a stranger at a bus stop and handed over his birth certificate and his Social Security card.

Police said that Karla Ibarra was at a bus stop in downtown San Antonio when she allegedly approached another woman, who has been identified as Jennifer Benavides, and asked to use her phone. Ibarra, 18, then allegedly handed her 1-month-old son over to Benavides.

“Very beautiful baby,” Benavides told KSAT of the incident. “She’s like, ‘Well, do you want him? I’m going to give him away. I’m going to give him to somebody.’”

Benavides claimed that Ibarra then started “handing me his birth certificate, his Medicaid, his Social Security card,” per the outlet.

Benavides said she convinced Ibarra to come with her to one of her friend’s homes so that they could feed and change the baby. The teen allegedly called an Uber, leaving the home and abandoning her son. However, Ibarra was eventually tracked down by police and was arrested.

“It’s upsetting to know that, with even all the resources that we have out there, that somebody would just do this,” Benavides said. “God just put me at the right place and the right time.”

Texas has the Baby Moses Law in place, which allows a parent to anonymously surrender an unharmed newborn who is 60 days old or younger, according to KSAT. The parent will not face criminal penalties as long as the baby is taken to a designated emergency infant care location, which includes fire stations, EMS stations or hospitals.

Following her arrest, Ibarra was charged with abandoning and endangering a child with intent to return. Her bail was set at $7,000.

Child Protective Services has confirmed that Ibarra’s baby had been placed with other relatives following her arrest, per the outlet.

Police have not yet said if Ibarra had a motive in trying to abandon her son.

“I was walking down the street. The cops had a girl right here sitting on the curb, and there was a baby in a carriage,” Villarreal told the outlet. “I think she was a homeless lady, at that, the woman that got the baby.”

He added that he saw Ibarra calmly leaning against a wall as she talked to officers before she was taken into custody.

It is not currently clear if Ibarra has entered a plea or retained legal counsel following her arrest. The San Antonio Police Department did not immediately respond to Us’ request for comment regarding the case.
