Bozoma Saint John Speaks Out After Being Accused of Siding With Problematic Cast Members!
Bozoma “Boz” Saint John is speaking out after being accused of siding with controversial cast members on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, just as she shares her thoughts on Garcelle Beauvais’ unexpected exit from the show.
After a fan slammed Bozoma on Instagram for allegedly acting as “muscle” for “problematic cast members looking to deflect from their own bad behavior,” Bozoma clapped back.
“Sweetheart, I promise you that I didn’t make it to FOUR C-suite offices without understanding how to hold my own,” she wrote. “And that was without cameras and without people cheering me on. And yet, I survived, thrived and look good doing it — with accolades to boot. So watch me work.”
Boz’s comment comes as fans continue to debate her role on RHOBH and her growing tension with Garcelle. While Bozoma has defended Dorit Kemsley and other castmates throughout Season 14, some viewers felt she alienated Garcelle and played into dynamics that pushed another Black woman off the show.
The criticism intensified after Bozoma and Erika Jayne shared an awkward silence when asked about Garcelle’s departure during their Watch What Happens Live appearance this week.
Still, Bozoma shared a public tribute to Garcelle on Instagram. “To Garcelle, for your pioneering, bravery, and grace in five seasons of RHOBH… well done,” she wrote.
“I wish we’d had more time together on this platform to continue showing the world that both of us can exist in the same space with different offerings and different opinions (and besties!), but still find a way to resolve our differences.”
“You are leaving on your terms, and while I’m disappointed by your exit, it is commendable,” she added. “I’m wishing you even greater success. ONWARD! With respect always, Boz.”
Boz also teased the upcoming RHOBH reunion, promising a dramatic close to Season 14.
“It was a hot seat for sure! And believe me, our reunion is even hotter… and there’s a whole helluva lot of jingling,” she wrote, referencing an African proverb she quoted in her caption.
